The company is really bad
The company is really bad, probably the worst company I have ever rented from. The charge you for everything; for giving you the keys, for extending the contract etc. They send you threatening e-mails about rent payment, moving out, cleaning etc. The furniture is advertised as being brand new and modern. In fact the furniture is old and broken. The fridges and washing machines are broken, leaking and dirty. The houses should be renovated thoroughly before rented out. And if you report a problem they will not respond to your e-mails or phone calls. The service is absolutely non-existing. This is a company that does not care about its tenants or its buildings. The only thing the company and its staff cares about is the money they get each month from the insanely high rents. The only way this company could pull off this is because there is no competition for short term rentals. This is an embarrassing company that should not be able to exist in an ideal world.

The proccess was great, my only concern is that I had to change the navigator from chrome to firefox to create an account, which is not clearly explained, so at first I thought it was my mistake. But everything else was clear and easy to follow
Avoid if you can
I would never recommend to anyone. Commonly known among expats in Luxembourg for its bad reputation. Poor and rude customer service and ridiculously high prices compared to what you get in return.
I can confirm that some of the answers from the company (that I have read below) are not true. We have not been provided with proper cleaning equipment (and the mop I bought myself suddenly dissapeared from the closet). If you complain publicly they also like to claim that they have never received emails/tickets from you previously. They did that to me too. And I have emails to prove I have contacted them. I also submitted complaints through this ”amazing” form on their website which apparently sends your complaints directly to the trashbin as nobody ever replies or fixes the problems. Also I am still waiting for them to refund some money to me which after 1,5years has not happened.
Best part was when the actual owner of the apartment came to knock on our door asking if anyone lives here - because Furnished had told him that they can’t pay him the full rent as everyone has left the apartment due to covid (apartment fully booked). This happened around the same time when Furnished raised our rents by casual ~15%!!!
Once talking to a customer service agent on the phone I actually caught him lying to my face. Tells pretty much about the customer service you will receive for that monthly fee which comes on top of that ”all-inclusive” price you pay.
Also some of the rooms have SERIOUS mold problems. Some of my colleagues are also still after 1y waiting to get their deposits back.
Please check all the other options before renting a room from this company. It is tricky in Luxembourg but it will be worth the effort. I have lived in many countries in many rental flats/rooms and I have never had to face anything this absurd before.

This is the worst bedroom platform EVER, i moved to Lux in 2017.
Their platform is easy to use 'cos they nearly own the entire city, as soon as something is built they buy it as soon as a building is abandoned they buy it.. for what? to remove any common area and make extra rooms to rent so you will never get a living room or "salle à manger" if they would be allowed to rent the hallways or stairways and make a bedroom to rent it out of that they would do so!
my story is crazy read until the end
was renting 16m² bedroom 900€, that house with 11 other roommates and had 2 fridges!!! and also a big garage and i'm an IT guy having his own business so lots of computer stuff to store so a garage was perfect, i sent an email to be able to rent it adding 150€ extra to monthly rent, they replied yeah sure, no problem, let us just revert to you asap we have validation from the owner but it shouldn't be a problem
after some weeks i sent an email asking for news? ..."yeah we are still waiting for a VISA from the owner but its ok its fine there is no problem" ..."ok cool, can i start to store a few things in the garage like my car and some boxes?"

many months passed and they never get back to me, i was happy and started to put all my IT stuff there... 5 or 6 months later (i had booked the room for 1 year), i came back from work and the lock of the door of the garage was changed! ...could not enter (i also had some items belonging to customers inside)
well i forced the door and what did i discovered ? 1/3 of my things had disappeared! W T F! under the shock i thaught about a burglar (but burglars change the door lock?? ... as i said i haven't thought too much and called the police) ...then i called Furnished agency, and they said:
"oooh it was your stuff there? you are the one putting all those things there? we didn't know"...
we will expulse you anyway, because you used an area not allowed!
W T F? i have emails showing that you allowed me to put my stuff there
"well a car maybe but not running a shop in the garage"
i'm not running a shop, i store things only, there is no shop, but well, anyway things are missing! do you know where they are? why have you stolen things from me?
"Its not us, please make a list of everything that disappeared and we will make an internal inquiry"
Well, i spare you all the details, but the day i had to give back keys, despite all my protest, they forced me by law to leave the place, i recorded on video going to their office upstairs... they even took out of my account 1 month of rent too much, and no dommage in the bedroom so they had to refund me back 1 month paid too much + 500 € of depositf (which they NEVER did , and this was in 2017 , i sent few mails after that they never did anything)
but somehow after that rendez vous i had that feeling inside that the guy i was talking to was just a liar , and on ground floor there was a opened door going down to their garage ... i went their and i found ALL my stolen stuff their in the cave !!! in the corner near the "chaudière" , i felt so enraged i started to record a video showing all my stuff i went back upstairs and asked , (with the phone recording in the pectoral pocket of my shirt)

...alright so what about all the computers? Apple laptops? USB chargers etc downstairs in your garage ??

No refund or response for several weeks
Booked a room and paid for extra cancellation insurance. I had to cancel due to covid, and was promised a refund of the initial payment of approx. €2 000. I have now waited for the refund for over one month. Have sent several email s without any response. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled by the company.

The most terrible agency that I have ever seen!
Room was not as expected and not at all responsive without chasing.
Room was not as expected, in the picture there's a double bed and I found a single one. The window never cloded completely and in February got broken with no one coming to fix it (way before than the lockdown). No matter how many times i told them I had to go there in person and the problem is still not fixed. I had to extend my stay for one month before moving and to do so I had to chase very hard every day to get information on how to proceed. Not very responsive, cleaning service in the common areas not the best one. Not to speak about the garbage. We requested more bins (we only have one) and months later we're still waiting.
They won't reimburse my deposit and won't return my emails
I have moved out since February and they have not yet reimbursed my deposit and they aren't answering any of my emails or calls.
Furnished is one of the not many options if you only need a room for a short period of time and the booking process is pretty convenient. BUT rooms are actually a lot more expensive than you might initially think as their "all-inclusive" rent does not include the service fee or the 500 euro deposit that they apparently withhold with no justification.
The room was not particularly clean when I moved in (there were some hairs on the floor and a squished spider on the wall that no one had bothered to clean) and several appliances in the house were not working properly. Other than that the room was ok and conveniently located.

I think when doing business, you have not to require your conterparty to please you or be like you! Deal just for your money!
