Frustrating
In one word: Frustrating.
I was a tenant in the appartment 80 rue de Cessage with Altea/Furnished from september to december 2019. Not only was I extremely disappointed by the apartment, Altea does nothing to solve the problems that may arise during your stay (Although they do send you a lot of bills so that you can easily pay them the rent).
So I left, I though the problem would end there since I never breached the contract or anything and the apartment was perfectly clean when I left. I was wrong.
Since December 2019 to this day, Altea/Furnished has essentially refused to hold their end of the contract by not returning the rental guarantee back to me, their agent ignored any and all e-mails or calls referring to the subject and their phone number (+352 20 60 80) is out of service.
I DO NOT recommend Altea/Furnished for finding a place to stay in Luxembourg. Stay in an AirBnB for a month while you find a place to stay, you will save yourselves a lot of headaches.

After the message of altea, tenants will not receive cleaning services during Coronavirus crisis. I hope that they will not expect us to pay for unprovided services.
Dirtiness overdose
It is crazy that you respond in a general manner to all the messages here and that depicts the way you treat your clients.
First of all YOU DID NOT PROVIDE ANY SPONGES and anything else except a mop and a vaccum very dirty and old both for example!
2)Of course you don't clean 2ce per week for 12 PEOPLE !!!!!you only clean once as everywhere else even the residence is bigger and that can be confirmed from all the 12 people of this house, so do your research first.
3) trustpilot platform is to inform other people about real reviews of people living with you for instance, so would be nice to answer with that in mind and not to me personally.
4) If you would like I can post a photo of your "cleaning equipment" on FB just for you to see if that meets your criteria. Even after the cleaning day the house smells horribly because the one and only mop that you have for a 3 floor residence is very old and never changed spreading the bacteria everywhere !
5) I invite you to see the state of your "fully equipped" kitchen !!!nothing is functional because you never maintain them!!! Broken plates, broken cups, really dirty cupboards because I guess it's our responsibility again to clean the common used fridge and the common use cupboards correct ??? Not functional electric devices etc.NO FREEZER as well!! So we have to limit our diet of course. The fridge has never been maintained from your part because of course for you all of those things are small details .
Finally, you cannot really know the state of residence ANNIK because you were never here !!!so by responding in a general manner as you have taken any measures or any care of the place, is not very wise from your part because many people in this place have problems and will continue to have due to the poor services that you provide.

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, I think that you should increase precautionary measures and cleaning services. Every two weeks there is a new tenant arriving at the residence, who may be travelling through countries where coronavirus is widely spread out. As a result, by not increasing the cleaning services or by not taking any other precautionary measures, I believe that you are putting the life of your tenants in danger.

The service attention was perfect, but the House has not as Many bathrooms as i was told.
Amazing customer support
The interface is easy to navigate and the customer support (Isabel) was exceptional. One suggestion: Maybe all results of a search could be entered on a map, instead of only the results of a specific page.

Worst booking agency ever that I come…
Worst booking agency ever that I come across. One big scam. Lived there for 4 months during an internship. I paid 350 eu in deposit and 2 months later I receive an e-mail that I get back 150 eu without any specification why. They probably hope that you don't remember what the deposit was initially that you paid. No answers to e-mails or phone calls ever. Don't book any accommodation here.
