Unfortunately the delivery arrived 30 minutes before the given time and had to be left nearby rather than being delivered to my address. This left me with the problem of having to unpack, where it was left, and then enlist help to get it to where it needed to be. Not happy but the products were everything I hoped them to be.
Delivered earlier than advised, and set in right place with no trouble.
Extremely disappointing experience. We purchased six Caucus Mesh Back Visitor Chairs, which developed structural failures shortly after installation during normal office use. In our experience, the chairs were not fit for purpose.
What was most frustrating was the lack of ownership. Responsibility was repeatedly referred to the manufacturer rather than being resolved by the supplier, resulting in months of delays, failed collections, poor communication, unprofessional customer service and additional costs to our business. Nearly six months later, we are still waiting for this matter to be fully concluded and for payment to be made.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend Furniture At Work. Save yourself time and money and buy from a company that stands behind its products, values its customers and provides confidence in the quality of the goods it supplies and the after-sales service it delivers.

Furniture at work kept me informed about my purchase at every step. The VAT Invoice was automatic which is not always now when buying online.
A mistake was made on my part & the help I got in resolving this matter was second to none. From Gerald in customer service to Julie & Warren in finance I could not have had better service than I got. I am very grateful to them.
The delivery of the furniture I ordered was on time & I was kept informed at all times.
Certainly a company I can recommend.
Ordered 2 x large cupboards. They came to site to install them, damaged one of them as it fell so had to order a replacement. Came back a week later, ordered wrong parts so wasted a trip! The original install was 1st June and now its 25th June with no date for the 2nd followup! So poor!!! Would have been easier to build them myself!!

Do not use, or at the very least do some research. I received a receipt straight after payment. but 3 weeks later no other communication. The items were advised as 3-4 days shipping. We are now starting the process to claim funds back through our CC provider.
