Great customer service

We have been with Fuse for over a year now. Very smooth onboarding process and user friendly app.

We had to resolve a query today due to an account change and the customer service couldn’t have been better. Yash was patient, responsive and very helpful. It was a complicated matter but he provided regular updates throughout the day. Really pleased with the service!

Perfect installation by Hasan at Fuse Energy

Perfect installation. Arrived within the pre-advised 2 hour time slot. Hasan was very polite and respectful, was not intimidated by my big barking dog, even managing to calm her. He gave a clear explanation on how the installation was going to take place and what I had to do inside the house to assist. Hasan carefully and respectfully checked that the system was back to working correctly before he left the property.

So far so good!

I have been with Fuse since the beginning of 2026. Their site and operation seem smooth and their customer service fairly swift and pleasant to deal with.

Due to an ongoing issue that was left behind by my last energy provider, I needed the gas smart meter replacing.

While this took a bit of time to organise, they sent an engineer. Erimiys was a fantastic example of an engineer in terms of both professionalism and efficiency. Clean, friendly and swift. I can't say for sure if the issue is resolved as it requires behind the scenes / back end work to make everything connect, but the job looks great and everything was done and my appliances working in under an hour.

There were some delays in terms of schedule but this is often unavoidable, no complaint about this.

New Gas and Electric Meter

Bilal arrived on time and completed the work swiftly. He fitted a new gas meter and electricity meter. Complete professional and gave me lots of information on how to use the fuse app. Thanks Bilal.

The team at fuse are really responsive…

The team at fuse are really responsive and keep me informed of my order progress and any issues that arise. The engineers visiting to do the installs are the same and go above and beyond to make sure I was happy before they left.

Fuse Energy IHD…

working great,just received my IHD and had to contact support to set it up, answered very fast within 5 mins and a guy called Mohamed helped me very clear and helpful to set it up correctly,very helpful and pleasant guy big thanks to Mohamed
