Fuse Energy is the best

I have never had a problem with Fuse, and will never, ever switch to another supplier. The staff monitoring the chat have always shown they'll go the extra mile to help.
Today, I spoke to Yash who was amazing. I'd forgotten the winter tariff ended on 31 March and wanted to check my current tariff. Yash went away but quickly returned with evidence that Fuse had already changed my tariff to the cheaper, April rate!
Full marks to Fuse, Yash and the rest of the staff.

Great Service - no fuss…

I made a mistake when booking an appointment, and without any fuss Ram spotted my error and put it right. This is my first contract with Fuse and so far they have been perfect

The Best

I’ve been with Fuse Energy for over a year and the experience has been consistently excellent. They are transparent, supportive, and competitively priced, which made the whole process straightforward from the start.

The move-in and move-out process was handled smoothly and efficiently, with no unnecessary complications. Their customer service is genuinely outstanding — responsive, professional, and available whenever needed.

I’d highly recommend Fuse Energy to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed energy provider. Also, a special thanks to Yash for the great support.

Christos - Fuse

Christos, the fuse installer, arrived as booked. He called 30 mins before to explain what was needed and he was really helpful and explained everything he did and what to expect . He left everything clean and tidy. Lovely man.

Smart meter installation

Today I had smart meters installed by Erimiys. Engineer arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. Installation went smoothly with minimal disruption roughly 30min downtime. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent Communication and Technical Clarity

Excellent communication from Ashvin at Fuse. He provided a highly detailed quote for a solar installation including a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of both the costs and projected energy savings. Ashvin was very responsive taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and promptly. Thank you
