Fuse uses AI that gives the wrong information
I thought I'd switch to Fuse for gas and electric, got the app, found the tariffs I wanted, all fixed price. I checked that the power I export to the grid was also fixed and got 'yes' as a reply so I started the switch.
I gave my bank details to set up the direct debit and was then informed when the payment would be taken.
So far so good, but before leaving I went back to check that everything was as it should be. It wasn't! The export tariff was now variable which I definitely did not want so I messaged back that I wanted to cancel the switch. I was told I couldn't do that because the switch was pending.
I finally got to speak to a human who told me that their AI was wrong and that all export tariffs were variable. As for cancelling the switch, AI was wrong again, it was unnecessary because it hadn't been set up yet.
The aggravation and stress caused was considerable, I had to inform my bank not to honour any direct debit to Fuse and had spent just over 2 hours from start to what I hope is the finish.
A few hours after posting this review I received a lengthy email from, what I believe was a human, who was polite, friendly and helpful in explaining the situation. I am now considering switching to Fuse. If I do switch I will post another review in a month or so.

It is always easy to chat with agents from Fuse for help. Francesca helped me to ask her supervisor for permission to refund my early termination fees if I return to Fuse in 3 months. I haven't returned to Fuse yet. Will find out. But it is great for her to do extra to help me.

Excellent Solar Installation
The entire team whom installed my solar (Tom - roofer, Cameron, Jayde and George - electricians) were spectacular throughout the multiday project. They were consistently keeping me up to date about their progress, their decision making regarding the install and any issues that arose.
