Smart and Practical
My keyboard arrived well packed and on time. It would have helped to know a signature was needed, but that doesn't take away from the item being exactly as described, and very smart looking. It attached very securely to the tablet and I am happy with it.

The keyboard connection to the tablet…
The keyboard connection to the tablet is not very secure and comes away very easily.
The whole case is very flimsy and often collapses when the tablet is rested against it.
Poor, could be so much better with a more rigid case and connection.

The prop up part of the case is rather flimsy though - easily collapses if disturbed - needs to be braced against something

Great Windows Tablet
Delighted with finding a 10.1 Windows 11 Tablet! Used for traveling, holidays etc as I need to keep in touch but do not need the weight of a laptop in my luggage. Easy to set up, it covers all the bases for me. Screen is bright and clear and touch screen very responsive.

Vague shipping info for US customers
I understand you guys are in the UK. I'm in the US and ordered a tablet docking station and all I got was a sales confirmation and then a shipment notification.
No carrier was provided or any method. Is it stocked here in the states, does it come directly from China?. Will I get it tomorrow, next week, next month, next year ?

Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton significantly impacted Pasco County, where our US operations are based, resulting in widespread power outages. Due to the storm, we lost power, which has temporarily halted our production and shipping capabilities.

Great Windows 11 Tablet and Mini Laptop
I wished to purchase a Windows Tablet to run RossTechs VW VCDS software to connect to my car for fault finding. I found my my laptop too large and cumbersome within the car.
I decided to purchase the Fusion5 N5 tablet with the keyboard accessory. It came with Windows 11 software which I was able to sync with my Window 10 Desktop PC via Google and MS 365.
I downloaded and installed the VW VCDS software from the Ross Tech website, I had to remove the restriction of the Windows 11 S format to allow a non MS App to be installed.
The Fusion5 is a great Tablet which I am sure I will be using much more than my previous laptop.
