We called to buy a item at this shop today near Doncaster , The person who spoke to my husband was so polite and helpful , he explained it was a online compmany , but he was willing to go and get the item he had wanted ,from the store , he was back in 5 mins , my husband thanked him and we will certainly order from this compmany again , highly recommend many thanks .

ORDER #37224- Really poor. Ordered a replacement blade holder for my GGCTG18. The invoice states part ordered GGCTG18 (the model number on my strimmer) I called customer service and she says I’ve place an order for model IZTTCGT18-4 despite me having the invoice for a GGCTG18. I have no idea how they can get this so wrong. I desperately need the replacement by Saturday (it’s now Wednesday) and the customer service agent said she can do nothing but investigate. They cannot even send out the correct item until I have returned the incorrect items that THEY have sent. I’ve bought 2 strimmers, a hedge trimmer, 4 batteries and 2 chargers from them before (through eBay but the replacement I needed wasn’t on eBay) so I’d like to think I’m a loyal customer but they just don’t care about anything but your money & do not fix their mistakes.

These outside furniture covers fitted nicely, were well made using a lined nylon type material which is durable, waterproof, and should retain its colour. They are secured to the furniture legs using quick release straps attached to the covers, so they will stay in place in windy conditions.
They were well priced and delivered next day for no cost.

Excellent product and customer service / aftersales. I highly reccommend and i do alot of gardening.

2 oilfilled radiators that arrived promptly as my boiler broke. Excellent heaters and a great price. The 2 thermal blankets are very cozy and feel luxurious. Very happy with the items and overall service

Bought a cover for for our outdoor furniture and are delighted with it. It fits well as the measurements in the product description are accurate. Despite some very wet and windy conditions the cover has kept my furniture dry so very happy with it. Excellent value without paying a fortune.

The heated throw continues to be a really important help to my wife who feels the cold all the time, except in the recent heatwave.

I ordered strimmer blades; they arrived quickly, and fitted the machine perfectly. Very pleased.

Bought a Terratek 18V Cordless Paint Sprayer, December 2024 from Amazon - it purports to come with a two year warranty but I've sent three emails and left a voicemail after the call went unanswered, nothing, zilch, zip, nada.

I bought a 2nd battery too, I feel ripped off.

Purchased a electric throw in November 2025, now in April 2026 it stopped working.
Emailed the seller and they said they would send me a replacement controler in the post, after only two days it arrived and it worked. Just wish all companies were as efficient and customer focused. Well done, will certainly be useing again.

I bought a panel heater from them which developed a fault after 16 months. I spoke to the customer services who promptly sent me an email with information needed from me. I promptly returned it and then received a new heater within 48 hrs no charge.

Terrible company, bought a heater through Amazon which never arrived.
Despite repeated requests to the seller for a replacement heater or a refund, all correspondence stopped. All emails from this company seem to be computer generated.
Had to go through Amazon to get my money back, a problem they solved in 10 minutes..after 6 weeks of no progress with futura.
Will not use again or recommend.

Bought three programmable radiators. Instructions were absolutely useless. Two of us spent nearly an hour each trying to programme one radiator and failed. Message the seller via Amazon and asked for further / better instructions but no reply

I bought a gracious gardens outdoor furniture on line from the range. Was advertised as heavy duty. I purchased to replace my previous furniture cover that only lasted for a couple of days before ripping. I was very disappointed when my order arrived today only to find that it was exactly the same item that had ripped previously and also a lot more expensive than the one I bought the first time.

Good product, but broke within 2 year warranty, and have been unable to get hold of customer service either via email (multiple emails have gone unanswered) or phone (I get the option to leave a message when I ring during their open hours, but nobody picks up the phone). Extremely frustrating.

Ordered Futura branded 900w oil filled electric radiator. On removal from packaging it became evident it was leaking oil which went all over my cloths and carpet.
Very difficult to contact customer services at Futura Direct. Eventually connected with service centre overseas who stated they have ordered a replacement radiator in 1 to 3 days. If this arrives on time and Futura Direct agree to compensate me the £100 pounds I have asked for the replacement of ruined clothes, then I will consider a better review.
