I was disappointed to receive a device…
I was disappointed to receive a device with a foreign charger. Luckily, I had the adaptor but it really really an inconvenient and it should have been specified.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a product which apparently did not correspond with the required technical specifications. I was contacted immediately by the support staff who sent me details about the product accordingly.
In addition, I had the opportunity to discuss about it with the management staff who kindly reply to all my questions. Finally, I was reimbursed without any delay.
