Fyxer has been saving me loads of time responding to emails. The emails are typically spot on and require little adjustment. Of course sometimes it is totally off when I get an email from someone I don’t want to meet with…. Haha love it!

Fyxer is fantastic at helping me stay present in meetings without taking notes. It also allows me to respond to emails more quickly. I only wish they captured client phone numbers on the booking page, as sometimes clients don't recognise they are booking a video call.

Game-changing tool for my inbox
After hearing about Fyxer from a friend, I wanted to give it a try in hopes of gaining control over my inbox. What I didn't expect was that it would transform my entire workflow, provide me with hours of additional capacity, and ultimately help me achieve inbox zero again!
I've tried several other "go-to" tools for inbox management and AI meeting transcription, but Fyxer is my absolute favorite. It's officially on my must-have tech list for success in 2026!

Poor support
Been using Fyxer without any issues for almost a year and then all of a sudden it's stopped working and drafting replies. It says it's connected to our mail box. All troubleshooting steps completed. They say one of their engineers will look but haven't heard anything back. Still paying for pro account. Disappointed by lack of support and resolution.

I am a startup founder who used Fyxer…
I am a startup founder who used Fyxer AI to manage customer scheduling. I am writing this because what happened is not a minor inconvenience. It is a data privacy failure.
Three separate incidents:
A customer booked through my Fyxer link and it routed to a personal calendar that was never connected to the platform. That calendar should never have been accessible.
A meeting displayed Central Time but was sent in a completely different timezone, creating confusion and a poor experience for my customer.
When I contacted customer support I received only automated responses. No human ever replied. For a product that sits between you and your customers, that level of support is unacceptable.
I trusted this platform with customer relationships. It failed on privacy, accuracy, and support. I would not recommend this to any founder or professional who cannot afford to have their customer data mishandled.
Update- I contacted FYXER several times before writing this and the ai chat could not figure out how it had access to a calendar that was not connected. I never was contacted by a real person. Very scary.
