3 of 9 bulbs failed in 3 months, company will not respond to support requests.
I ordered 9 bulbs. 3 failed in 3 months so far. I've tried to contact the company by email and get only auto-responses. Their support phone number has been busy every time I've tried to call for the last week.
I'm going to do what I can to get a refund or exchange and leave this G7 debacle behind me.
