I recently purchased two pairs of boots from Gabor Shoes and can highly recommend this shop/company. The boots arrived very promptly, but I subsequently needed to return one pair as they didn’t fit me. The returns system worked seamlessly. A link to ‘An Post Returns’ was included in my email correspondence and allowed me to print a returns label for only €3. If I had gone directly to the Post office to post a similar box/parcel, it would have cost me €9! I posted the boots on a Friday and expected to have to wait some time for the money to appear in my account, but was very pleasantly surprised to receive the refund on the following Monday. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop/company.
