Beautiful boots and great price too

I bought a beautiful pair of boots black with laces up the front, exactly what I was looking for. They are extremely comfortable with lining inside them . A great price point and an easy to navigate website.

Not wide Fit.

Gabor are totally misleading customers. They state 'wide fit' on some products but they are not. I bought a pair of so called wide fitting boots, a German 'H', English equivalent is a E/EE, but I couldn't even get my foot into the boot & I'm an 'E'. They are extremely narrow. I contacted them to say that I didn't feel that I should have to pay to return them because they are misrepresenting them on line, but they couldn't care less.

not fit for purpose

I bought a pair of Gabor leather boots and within 2 months the heel had collapsed. I took them back to the shop and was told the leather had perished. They would not do anything as I didn't have my receipt anymore. I have lost my confidence in the company, which is a shame as I have had many pairs in the past which were beautifully made and long lasting. Not so with these
