Wish I could give no stars. Total scam site, after purchasing all the links were blocked and had no way to contact them. Luckily I paid on my credit card so could claim.

Looks like website has now been taken down. If you've paid with credit card start a dispute ASAP the company are operating a scam and are not genuine. They provide spurious tracking data that never ever gets to a delivery. When it does state delivered, you get an apology that it was sent to wrong address and they will re-order for you, at which point the false tracking date replicates the first with a new order number. Meta & X took their ads down so less likely now to be an new issue.

Ordered item weeks ago got email saying warehouse house issues delayed shipping but no item has been delivered, written to company demanding answer if not delivery i will be taking them to court.

I ordered a ninja swirl ice cream maker back in may, countless excuses and tracking nos, still nothing has been delivered, I had paid via monzo so their refund process is soooo long still not had a refund or the product!!!!

Scam!! Never received my goods

Ordered ninja ice cream maker. Never turned up. Sent me pointless tracking information. Every time I logged in it was tracking me so updated two minutes later what a coincidence. Once in uk need uk tracking information apparently. Never received this info. Contacted them a number of times no replies. Steer clear. Save your money do not get conned like me. Hopefully my credit card company will get somewhere if not if you have same experience write to bbc and your local trading standards. I am and the more that do it the more this company might be exposed.

This company should be renamed Scam King. Ordered a Ninja Creami Swirl, after a month of sending emails and just getting AI generated replies told parcel had been delivered...yeah right! Contacted my bank and they refunded my money.

If I could give zero stars , I would. If you want to receive your item do not order from Gadetkings, I believe that they never intend to provide the product and tell you following a "lost parcel" they will resend, some weeks later it does not arrive and no refund. Scamming the public

Order a ninja cream maker told it was out of stock to expect delivery in7-9 days nothing wouldn’t mind but it was a birthday present for my husband don’t order it’s a scam

Supposedly sent my item from Canada (Ninja swirl). Took a month to “ARRIVE”. Told wrongly delivered to different customer. God I was gullible! They resent the item. “Arrived” today. All complete ****. Now the website is gone. Does the shipping company even exist?! Parcel Pro Cargo in HK. No doubt a front too. Really F’d off about this. No more ordering from random sites for me. Wish I had looked them up on here beforehand. DO NOT ORDER IF THEY POP UP AGAIN.

Bought ice maker / never arrived !

I ordered a ninja swirl ice cream machine on 31 May. Was told out of stock in shop will take 7-9 days delivery from their other shop. Given a tracking number, yesterday it said delivered but it certainly wasn’t delivered to me! SCAM! Avoid this fraudulent company! Going to claim back from my card…

Ordered a ninja flushing machine, got a confirmation, then an email saying out of stock should be with us in 7-9 days from their remote warehouse, got lied to multiple times, eventually got told it's been shipped from Canada and I'd have to wait for delivery to return it, never received, gave up trying in the end, just spoke to my credit card company and they gave my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Paid for a slushi machine back in may no correspondence no product total scam

I ordered a Ninja swirl ice cream maker on 29th May and the money was taken from my account the following day after 5 days I contacted them as I had no confirmation of payment or any kind of order number in fact no communication at all, I was sent an email from “Clarence and Sophie” who gave me an order number to enable me to track my parcel right up until. 24th June when they claimed it was delivered and I haven’t been able contact anyone since. I have asked for proof of delivery but as it hasn’t been delivered I have asked for a refund

Absolute scam

A one off I ordered the ninja swirl machine! Never arrived and it’s been over a month now! How are they still being able to trade! Scammers

Scammed me out of the money for a Ninja Slushi. All links broken and no way of contacting them. AVOID

This is clearly a company set up to scam people. Ordered Ninja product May 2nd, told it was delivered but to the wrong address, told new one on its way, also delivered to wrong address. no phone number - no contact - we have all been scammed and a lot of money.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

There are plenty of warnings already so please take heed. This company I suspect take the money with no intention of making a delivery and make money from the deposited funds. You can claim from card issuer but its time consuming. These people are the worst kind, they have no principles, they don't care about you and ultimately they will probably let you down.
