In stock, oh sorry we've got none in our UK warehouse. Surprised, no.
Bogus tracking number.
Said it had been delivered, no it hasn't.
Emails ignored.
Not letting it drop, contacting police fraud department.
If I could give no star review I would.

Same as everyone else is saying, ordered 31 May now 20 June still waiting at customs, emailed 5 times no answer and now the website and tracking not working, the good thing though is I got money back as on Visa card

As others have said - complete scam. Bank have refunded our payment which was made by debit card.
The website has completely disappeared now.

I would give them zero star if I could... same story as anyone else - I have been waiting for my item since the 3rd of May, the website said delivery 3 to 5 days, email received saying shipping from Canada so will take longer, fake tracking details provided, item delivered to the wrong address and reordered, wait another 9 days, and on it goes... in the end I phoned my bank to do a chargeback and got my money refunded that way (if you have paid by credit card, then that's what I would advise).

Scam, or were going out of business and just looking to get cash in. Website and emails now all gone

I've only just found these reviews, I've been waiting for my item since 17th May, was told it would be here in 7 to 9 days, the tracking seemed legit until it stopped updating on the 9th of June so I contacted them amd had no response, I checked on a daily basis as I've been eagerly waiting for my item to arrive but now the website is not loading up. I've sent an email to some Caroline H but not had any response. Is there anything I can do?

As everyone else.... Out of stock, despite saying in stock. Being shipped from Canada, but will "still be UK compatible plug and voltage" - via customer service representative. Fake shipping/tracking which shows it arriving in UK, clearing customs etc, but no actual way of proving. Tried to cancel, but refund refused, can only apply once it has been delivered. Still no delivery, another customer services rep says it will be another 7-9 days, website now down and tracking link also down. Total shysters.

Scammers 100% ordered 3weeks ago, tracking just a waste of time just delay tactics don’t answer emails save your time and money Scammers!!!!!!!!!

As with all others it appears this is a scam, I was told order confirmed, then out of stock would be 7-10 days for new stock, emails back & forth when requested refund advised I would have to wait until item arrives. Since I have told them I have reported them for fraud to my credit card I have had no resonse

Totally a scam. State 2-3 day delivery. Send bogus emails and tracking numbers. Then after 5 days emails not even accepted.
I have a solicitor and police involved. Avoid this site at all costs.

I, too, have now realised that I have been scammed. I wish I had thought to read Reviews first. Exactly the same as others who have left reviews on Trustpilot, received an email to say that it was out of stock in their warehouse, but another warehouse had some. Emailed them when it didn't arrive and was told 1-3 days for delivery, but it has been much longer than that and hasn't arrived. Unable to contact them when I pressed the Support link in the email. Now I have to find out how I can get my money back. After all this time and all the bad reviews about them being scammers, I don't understand why the website is still showing up when I Google. AVOID THE COMPANY GADGETKINGS.

Same as everybody else ordered a ninja swirl got the same reply’s order delayed then told it was delivered which it wasn’t now no reply’s to my e mails I am going through my bank to try and get my money back

Purchased item then told it was as out of stock in local warehouse and told it would have to come from remote location warehouse given tracking number but now it’s te due to be delivered the web site seems to have disappeared along with my £119. I would advise people to steer clear of these scammers.

I ordered an ice cream maker in 8th May. Contacted Customer Service on 4th June, I’m still waiting. I keep getting fobbed off. Cost £120. I want my money back, but have been told send it back when it arrives. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Complete scam. False tracking, auto replies to emails, no phone contact number, call your credit card company and start chargeback.....website and email no longer exist....

Lots of people are saying the same thing. I hoped to be able to say something different but I can't. I have the exact same experience.

1. I ordered - would be delivered 3-5 days
2. Email saying local warehouse out of stock - would be delivered up to 10 days
3. 1 month later the Ninja Slushi was delivered to another customer
4. No further contact from company

I have been in touch with my bank who have refunded this money to my account, and they will pursue the matter directly with GadgetKings. I have also submitted a report to Action Fraud.

I am sorry for the capital letters but...PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I really cannot emphasise that enough.

Ordered a phone 2 months ago, took my payment without delay. Then they had "run out" but had some at another location so would get it sent out immediately. After about 6 emails chasing them up, I got what appears to be an AI generated response to tell me my item had been delivered. When I asked them to investigate, or at least provide me with the address they delivered to and the date, I get no response. Absolute scam, avoid them and do not give them your money
