SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY

This is a scam. Beware! They claim to send the item within 3 days, and then nothing arrives. They do not answer their emails, and there is no phone number for customer service. The company registration number does not correspond to their Gov.UK identity. I have applied for a refund and cancelled my bank card.

Please do not order from this company. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered a Ninja Ice Cream maker from them and have lost nearly £200.

They say they don't have the goods and they are coming from a different warehouse, and then they disappear when they know the scam is up.

100% Scam. Everyone's told the same thing... no local stock. remote warehouse shipped.... really slow and ridiculous delivery tracking steps. delivery to wrong address. retry shipping from the start again... Advice:Raise fraud charge-back with your card company. Log incident with Action Fraud. Cancel credit card and get new one issued. There are reports GK have done additional payments using your card.

This is a company with an elaborate scam system they have a fantastic website front end, which looks real, but it is professing to sell all sorts of gadgets at unbelievable prices

When you pay for the item, it comes out as cybercentinelcom and they are quick to take the money. The item they say is dispatch within three days. I had to wait two weeks before it was dispatched then they set up a fictitious dispatch page with milestones as to where the unit is.

The fact that this is not coming at all and they take your money you don’t realize until a month down the line when it says it’s arrived at your door and there’s nothing there so beware of this company. They are a scam company and they are masters of it.

Similar story to everyone else. The parcel company they “use” is fictitious too that moves progress on day by day to trick you into thinking you’ll receive your order.
My bank have been contacted, which you can do once funds have properly left your account.
Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is….

Just a scam, same story as everyone else

I bought a slushy, initially stated it be with me in 3 working days
They emailed and said it would be between 7-9
After 17 working days - they said it was delivered to “another customer”
I asked for a refund and they said “we have shipped another slushy to you” again I said I want a refund
They said as they have send it out I have to wait for product and THEN send it back before a refund can be issued
I disputed with my bank and raised a police report with action fraud
Bank gave my money back and they didn’t dispute the claim.

DONT waste your time or money! It’s a scam!

BEWARE OF THE SCAM.
Do not purchase ANYTHING from this scam website. The scammers have now complained about my review and ironically it’s been deleted. No worries, there’s no stopping me!!!!
Police , ActionFraud, Trustpilot, Facebook are all onto these scammers. Companies house has all names and addresses, look them up!!!
I got a refund yesterday - call your banks and insist on a charge back!!!

A few weeks later…
So the Website is down and the fake reviews have stopped. That’s a result but beware- the scammer can’t get a normal job so he will be back.

This is a shameless scam company, takes the money with no intention of ever delivering anything. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. If you have been caught then call the police, tell your neighbours. Post on social. Let’s drive these scum bags into the sea.

Ordered a ninja slush maker and never got it as it went to another customer and now claiming a refund from my credit card, they are a scam company don’t get fooled by there cheap prices.

A Total Scam!

Ordered the ice-cream maker but never arrived. Every excuse under the sun. Now applied for charge back from our card issuer.

Scammed , the same as everyone else on here , got the same story about another customer getting my order and its coming from Canada blah blah . Ive managed to get a chargeback claim through the bank and reported them to action fraud . Complained to Facebook as well as they are still allowing them a platform to scam

Unfortunately like other posters on here I realised too late that this was a scam. The website is surprisingly detailed and they do appear to have someone checking and replying to their emails. My story is similar to other posters’ I bought a ninja ice cream maker for an incredibly low price and then was told that it would be coming from Canada, I was sent some tracking info to placate me but it never turned up.

Item not received and sending false tracking information. Keep pushing delivery back and now not responding to emails. Will now have to dispute with bank. Please avoid.

SCAM AWARE
You know the old adage - if something looks too good to be true, it usually is! We purchased a Ninja Creami Swirl Ice Cream Machine, not out in the UK yet, but offered for sale with 3-5 days delivery - over one month passed, and granted we can see progress on the order page - and it then said delivered. We were in, checking our Ring cameras no one came to the house. When we raised this, we were told it was delivered to the wrong house by the courier, and they would send another unit - thats the last we heard. no new order number, tracking details, or even proof of delivery that we can ask around or find the parcel. We are getting nowhere fast. Upon scouting around, and checking more in depth, we are not the only people to be scammed. A great website, and good initial customer service how they suck people in. Avoid at all costs, and if you do by anything, use a credit card so you can get the money back asap

This is either terrible customer service or a scam.
I ordered and paid for an item on 3 days delivery. I then got pushed to 7-9 days, then 28 days, then told it was delivered when it was not, then told it went to another customer, now back to 7-9 days for a replacement, then told it was delivered again, in the email with a trail saying by them it was not.

It's a scam do not buy anything!! They are scamming you!!
1 You order item.
2 You get an email saying there has been a delay.
3 You chase up and they tell you it will be 3 weeks, then 7-8 days, then 3 days.
4 Then they tell you it has been delivered.
5 If you say you have cctv and nothing was delivered, they respond saying it was delivered to another address.
6 You demand refund and they say they will give you a refund when you get the package... Which you never will.

AVOID!!!

Scam company. Ordered but never received. Same scam lies as others told about shipping from Canada. It’s all lies. Struggling to get money back from bank.
