Had bought a new shower head which wasn't suitable for the electric shower. Caused a forced leak. Went onto the Gainsborough website, ordered new engine. Received promptly, well packaged. Working perfectly again with original head.

Product good
Product good. But had to enquire why my 2-3 day delivery hadn’t been dispatched after 5 days. I think my order has fallen through a crack somewhere. It was rectified quickly once I had spoken to someone though.

The replacement shower arrived in time frame promised. Has now been fitted by heating engineer who reported that it was easy to fit.

Quality spare parts that work.
I had bought a shower head on line to replace my old one. The description said nothing about the shower head's compatibility with electric showers, it was not compatible. I replaced the pressure valve a couple of times with new ones quickly sent by Gainsborough. This month I had had enough and not only bought a new pressure valve, but also a new Gainsborough shower head. My order arrived in a couple of days and less than an hour later my problem was solved. I can thoroughly recommend Gainsborough for its service and the quality of its products
