Rex is an exceptional team member who is always very helpful and supportive. For all my bookings, I choose Rex and always request his service because he goes above and beyond. He has never shown any sign of sarcasm or rudeness, even when I felt stressed. Instead, he was reassuring and consistently put my needs first as a customer. Rex has a great character; he is calm and patient throughout. I strongly believe he deserves a promotion and should be considered for a lead and trainer role within the team.

Galaxy travel company treated us very professionally. Nothing was too much for them. Helping us in every way. Also helping us to check in on our way home. I regard Sebi Brown as a top man in making our flight and holiday a great experience. Mrs Dooley.

I always buy my flight tickets online. This time, I was having a lot of difficulty getting the right flight to Kenya .I contacted Galaxy flights and spoke to Jamie sales representative .He was god sent ,very helpful, supportive and assisted me through the technical hurdle of computers, and most of all gave me an excellent deal. At age of 78yrs my knowledge of computers is very limited , I was very satisfied .I would recommend Galaxy flights to anyone .

Steve provide the best customer service as being customer we have many queries as I usually book for my parents. He provides all the solutions at earliest. Even though the flight was cancelled ( did not the the date I was looking for ), I experienced a great customer experience, very satisfied with the interaction and the feedback and the readiness to ensure I secure a flight within my budget and the time I needed. Great team with good customer support
