These guys are criminals. I've seen a lot of lawsuits filed for the exact issue I had. Took my money misrepresented the car it arrived broken. They took it back and it been in their shop for going on four weeks now. With almost no communication from them the dealership or corporate. They just say they're waiting on a part. After sending me a message the first week that the parts were in and repairs were being done. The contract is present to you by AI video. The sales person wanted to go home and played the video at 2x speed. Completely unable to understand. Don't be fooled apartenly this process IS you signed the contract. Fraud. They also forced that before even letting us test drive. The car arrives not only broken but filthy and the employees who drove it to the lot had a sandwich on the passenger side floor smash all over the place. They just left it and walked away. I've filed complaint with the lot manager and cooperate and nothing is being done. The sales lot in Oxnard will ignore you requests for information as well. Once they take your money they don't care. I am actively working with a lawyer to get the criminals to pay.

My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks leaving me careless and was fired from my new job I had just got two weeks prior to my car going into the dealership to receive a whole new engine I got my car back and these pictures show the damage that was done when I received it and what a poor job was done if they put a new engine it had no coolant and I had to add two courts of oil
It has a big dent in the passenger side door a crack in my windshield I tried calling the next day to talk to a supervisor no success mind you I had called about 10 times this place is a fraud I am seeking legal assistance

Really disappointed with this company every one please stay away from ganas I had a car with them . I fell some hard time due to work slowing down . I made and agreement with ganas to put my current payment for that month in deferment with means I would pay a extra month longer for a pass for that month. They approved for payment arrangement .2 weeks later the repo my car after making sign contract saying that my payment for that month would be put on the back burner. I now I'm still getting letters from the DMV saying my tags are over due and I need to pay.

The worse car experience, Don't buy from here. I live in Tulare California and their closest repair shop is 1hour and 30 minutes from my house. It is a private own shop what you would call a pop and mom shop. Customer Service is rude including upper management. I was sold on the idea that they had a very good insurance and that the service department was fast and easy, but it was a lie. It took me a week for someone to find me an appointment and I had to call numerous times for it. They kept saying someone will call you in 24 hrs. Never happen. Will Never buy a car here EVER AGAIN.
After they ask me to call their number so they can help, they just left me more upset, they made fun of my and they were unable to resolve anything. Now they said I may have to pay a copay for my car to go to the mechanic. Did not offer to work with me whatsoever. I ask them if they can take the car for me since I don’t feel safe and all the guy kept saying was to look at my contract for what they can or can’t help me with. WORSE EXPERIENCE may have to start looking for some legal advice. Such horrible customer service.
