They were very helpful and resourceful. They wouldn’t take no for an answer. Everyone who walks in drives off no lie. I love how I was treated and if something wasn’t up to my standards it was changed and met. Thank you guys so much we appreciate it all 💓

I made a deal on a 2015 gmc sierra with 43782 miles when i got truck delivered 4 days later. The truck had 120000 miles. When i told the sales lady she said management did not want to respond.

Played me

I told the sales person to only give me quotes for monthly payments not weekly we agreed upon one amount but because I had been there so long I was tired and hungry with I signed the papers I didn't realize the payments changed and yes that's my fault. They refused to honor what was on the paper we negotiated lesson learned. I will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Never again will i go to GANAS

Bought my truck in November ... It broke down 3 days after they took a whole month to fix it got it back in December ... Then my truck was still not fixed and was doing the same mechanical issues ... But threw the whole process they wanted their payment but could help me get in to a lender car or help with the fact i was not happy with the vehicle and wanted to trade it in for something in working conditions... They fail to do that and so i failed to pay my payments because i was spending more money on uber since the truck was unsafe for me to drive or have my kids in it. Up to this day they have not helped .. They repo the car cuz i didn't pay 1 month .. I lost 4 thousand dollars for nothing .... I was better off buying a truck from alameda street then from this place ... They have unreliable vehicles and DONT BUY A CAR FROM GANAS THEY JUST SCAM YOU AND GIVE U no working CAR ...

They ripped me off

They ripped me off, they have very rude staff overall including the manager. They sell lemon cars to people. They are a horrible dealer. Would never go there again or recommend this to someone. They SUCK!!!!
