Another ‘no show’ review.
No call, text or mail on the day to let me know they weren’t going to turn up. There are enough reviews outlining the details, but suffice to say this company cost me a day’s salary and didn’t have the good grace to let me know they weren’t fulfilling the agreed appointment. Non existent consideration for their customers.
Don’t take the day off work until you hear from the engineer confirming his attendance.
No doubt this review will receive the same “off the shelf reply” as all the others from let down customers.

Sureserve refuse to help me. We have had no hot water for a week. They know we have a newborn baby and I call them multiple times a day for an update and they keep saying someone is coming out to the main boiler room. I’m writing this review because a rude colleague told me it’s nothing to do with Sureserve despite being told numerous times they’re looking into it. As mentioned, we have a newborn baby so this stress is upsetting and is really getting us down. Shocking that no one in the company will take any responsibility.

We’re So Grateful – Amazing Support from Josh. We had an emergency yesterday (Sunday) just after 5pm due to a burst hot water pipe. Water was coming through the ceiling in the hallway and it even affected the electricity, leaving us without power, so the situation was quite serious.
Josh from SureServe arrived around 8pm and from the moment he got here, he was absolutely fantastic. Because of the electrical issue, he had to work without proper lighting and was using only a flashlight, which made a difficult job even more challenging.
Despite this, he worked tirelessly, going up and down, making sure everything was under control. He took the time to answer every single question I had and explained things clearly, which really helped in such a stressful situation.
He managed to stop the hot water and put in a temporary fix to make everything safe until a team can come back on Tuesday to carry out the full repair.
This was not a small job at all, but he handled it with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude throughout. Honestly, he felt like an angel coming to fix everything when we really needed it.
We’re very grateful for his help—he’s a real credit to SureServe. Thank you so much, Josh!

The joiners were appointed to install Internal Wall Insulation and dress window ingoes, cills, aprons and skirting. To include removal/disposal of existing fittings.
Their standard of work, attention to Health & Safety and cleanliness was impeccable.
The joiners’ conduct was very professional and friendly throughout their time working in my home.
I would not hesitate to recommend the joiners concerned, namely Sonny & Chris, and appraise their high standards.

Very happy with device, Craig Dixon the engineers was very pleasant and thorough in his work. Even. with the daunting task/challenge of the spaghetti cabling configuration left by previous electricians on the ancient system. I wish to recommend Craig highly to anyone wanting to upgrade their meter system. Thank you.

We are very happy with the work Chris & sonny done for us. After installation we had an issue with a noise in the wall and sonny and Chris went out there way to fix it and the issue has been solved. They were very friendly, helpful and always tidied up after themselves. They are a great representation of Sureserve.
