Smart meter installation
Dominic (Sureserve) changed gas and electric meters. Lovely guy! I had a few questions as slightly wary of actually having smart meter but he put my mind at rest. He explained everything clearly so that I understood why and how things worked. Very professional, polite and tidy who could ask for more...
Sureserve was responsible for my Smartmeter installation.
Attending right at the start of the planned slot for setting up, Mr R. Huerto was quick, made as little of a mess as possible and caused as little a disruption as possible. Definitely a great service.
I never leave reviews usually however, Joshua and Sam provided exceptional service today upon attendance for my rads not working. They were both very professional and got the job done within a timely fashion and left my property clean and tidy once works had finished. I would gladly have them back for further repairs needed within my property. Thank you both for your brilliant service :)

Milon visited today to fix my boiler with some new parts. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Cracked straight on with the job and tidied up after himself.
Amazing work Polite and made me feel at home in the chaos of getting work done. Great with my animals. Mark and Jamie were brilliant. Thanks to Alan and Peter who put the insulation in. They're ALL welcome to come for Sunday dinner. Seriously AMAZING would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

Ongoing issue since July 2025.
Several missed appointments, false claims of "no access granted", inaccurate appointment timings (A.M. appointments showing up after 1PM)... on top of this, they constantly have the wrong parts despite every engineer explaining what was wrong and what part was needed. Yep, all 3 of us in the household and had to take days off of work to have for these unfulfilled appointments, we've also arranged to have other family members in the house too.
Not to worry, we've complained to our landlord several times (because SureServe failed to acknowledge any formal complaints lodged by us) and we've received compensation twice... still no hot water AFTER 11 MONTHS THOUGH.

NOTE: Some of them have actually been very good, the lack of communication on the company's part is the biggest flaw.
Submitted another complaint today with the landlord, looking forward to seeing how they get out of this one... again.

We had two scheduled appointments with Sureserve for our annual gas inspection; however, both were missed. The first appointment, on 070426 (morning), was marked by a text message indicating no access could be granted, despite my presence at the scheduled time. Upon contacting their advisory line, I was informed that the technician was unreachable. No attempt was made to knock or gain entry, rendering the ‘no access’ message inaccurate, as I was indeed at home. The second appointment, scheduled for the morning of 060526, was also not fulfilled. The technician contacted me after 15:45, suggesting he might still arrive or proposing to reschedule. I requested a new appointment. A minute later, I received a text indicating that he could not access the property at 15:50. These incidents appear unprofessional or indicative of staff lacking integrity.
I had cavity wall insulation and ventilation fitted and I cannot recommend sureserve enough. In total 7 people worked on my house over the time it took to complete the work and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and specialists in the area if work they were there to do. TrustMark have just completed their independent review of the work and cannot find fault with it ( apparently not the case with all companies that do this type of work).
Every email I have sent has been answered quickly and with the information I need. I would recommend sureserve

Another ‘no show’ review.
No call, text or mail on the day to let me know they weren’t going to turn up. There are enough reviews outlining the details, but suffice to say this company cost me a day’s salary and didn’t have the good grace to let me know they weren’t fulfilling the agreed appointment. Non existent consideration for their customers.
Don’t take the day off work until you hear from the engineer confirming his attendance.
No doubt this review will receive the same “off the shelf reply” as all the others from let down customers.
