Rudeness and Lies

Absolutely horrendous service from this company, spoke to a rude arrogant woman who fails to listen and then makes up lies. Good luck to anyone that has this company maintaining anything in their building.

I recently got a new kitchen put in by…

I recently got a new kitchen put in by ian and his team over a 3 day period I cannot fault any of the work done very efficent work done to a very high standard ian kept in contact through the process as I was out at work when most of the work was done the guys took all my old stuff away and left the property in great condition I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as some have seen how good there work is I would like to thank ian and his team for outstanding work and also great communication well done

Meter change efficiently completed.

The engineer Derek provided a courtesy call the day before to confirm their arrival time. They arrived exactly on time. The engineer was polite and courteous and complete the job within the time they advised. Power was quickly restored. Engineer carefully explained the changes and how to setup the mini hub.

Safan Ali has been amazing !

Safan Ali has been amazing !! Thank you sooo much !! This man has been the only one that listened to concerns and fixed a new meter and smart meter with provision and absolute professionalism . I have been fighting EDF with my problem over 2 years and the orginal meter was not even configured correctly !! Thank god for Safan absolute lovely man!

Amazing service

Amazing service.
Prior to Alex Goddard coming, we had several problematic installs with other providers. Our meter was efficiently replaced and set up, he also fixed some dodgy wiring, cleared up to make the meter easier to access, provided a new octopus home mini and left some octopus toys for my kids. Genuinely went above and beyond and finally fixed issues that have been ongoing for years. Thank you!

I recently had two central heating…

I recently had two central heating fitters, Kai and Martin, come to install a new system in my house, and I honestly can’t praise them enough. They were here for three full days, and from start to finish, they were absolutely amazing.

Right from the first knock on the door, they were polite, professional, and friendly. Every time they needed to move furniture, check something, or turn the system off briefly, they gave me a heads-up first. Their attitudes were brilliant – positive, patient, and happy to answer all my questions (and I asked a lot).

Despite the job being messy by nature, they kept everything as tidy as possible, cleaned up at the end of each day, and made sure I was comfortable with how things were progressing. No cutting corners, no grumbling – just hard work and good vibes.
When they finished the job, they didn't just pack up and leave. They sat down with me and clearly explained all the features of the central heating, showed me how everything worked, and walked me through exactly what to do in an emergency. That really put my mind at ease.

On top of that, they told me their company would contact me in one year's time to schedule a service. No chasing needed on my part – they've already got it organised.

After three long days, the heating works perfectly, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you need central heating work done, these are the kind of people you want in your home. Highly, highly recommended. "If Carlsberg did central heating fitters, they'd be Kai and Martin."

Good service on Smartmeter setup

Sureserve was responsible for my Smartmeter installation.
Attending right at the start of the planned slot for setting up, Mr R. Huerto was quick, made as little of a mess as possible and caused as little a disruption as possible. Definitely a great service.

I never leave reviews usually however, Joshua and Sam provided exceptional service today upon attendance for my rads not working. They were both very professional and got the job done within a timely fashion and left my property clean and tidy once works had finished.
