Great location, easy process, secure parking.
You know exactly what you are getting when you park at Gatwick Airport Official parking, security, clear instructions, easy process, good transfers and the ability to keep my keys. Prices can be a little higher than other options but the security of keeping my keys and parking the car where I want to is worth it. The parking is also so close to the terminal the short transfer is minimal. Absolutely would use again.

We had a great experience with Gatwick Airport Summer Parking. So easy to drop car, hand keys to reception and catch the bus to the terminal. Then again so easy to do the same upon return. Made whole experience stress free.

Booking changed online from South to North Terminal
Due to BA flight cancellation, we had to change booking to Easyjet North Terminal. Parking change to North Terminal completed online relatively easily, at no extra cost.

So easy using valet parking at Gatwick Airport. Drop your car , walk up the ramp and check in. Return is also easy, visit reception, collect keys, load car and drive home. Highly recommend

So easy to book online, great price too. Kept up to date from booking. So easy to find and park. Return journey so simple to do too. Cannot fault at all, will definitely use again and recommend. Booked on-line which was extremely easy. All information was fantastic. From dropping car off to picking it up, the whole experience was fantastic. Want to add when dropping of, the staff made it easy and were so exited for the grandkids with us. Picking up the guy in the office was brilliant too.

car damaged
We paid for a week parked here. We chose a spot on the end of an aisle of cars so we would only need to worry about 1 car parking next to us.
We came back from holiday to find our car was damaged on the side with no parked cars.
When I raised with the the customer service I’m told they have no responsibility and that there is no CCTV. This is ridiculously insane, as I booked being under the impression my car would be secured and safe. They misled the parking security and their customer services have been awful, passing me from pillar to post and ending with them telling me to go to 101 as they won’t help me but might help the police.
They are also refusing to log my complaint.
Overall awful, I don’t recommend at all they cannot keep a car safe and damage free
