Great website full of information relating to each mini PC, makes purchasing easy. Fast postage and easy setup. The mini IT 12 is fast and reliable and suits my needs perfectly.

I purchased the GEEKOM IT15 with 2TB SSD and was surprised, initially, at the speedy delivery. The device performed well above expectations, and I was a very happy camper, especially with the very economical price. Sadly, however, it suffered a catastrophic boot failure (possible with any device, of course). GEEKOM's support was swift and explicit and when, after repairing the device, the problem reoccurred, GEEKOM replaced the machine in as efficient a manner as their other interactions with me. It is still, by far, the best machine I have owned.

Purchased the Geekom PM16 Portable Monitor. My son researched the best monitor for my needs, as I use 2 screens at home but am also often on the road so needed a second screen to take with me while travelling. Been very pleased with the purchase and also with delivery / communication.

I recently purchased a Geekom Mini PC and have been impressed with its overall performance and value for money.
The setup process was straightforward, and the system was ready to use within minutes. Despite its compact size, the Mini PC delivers surprisingly strong performance for everyday tasks, including web browsing, office applications, video conferencing, media streaming, and light development work. The system runs smoothly and quietly, even when multitasking.
One aspect I particularly appreciate is the small form factor, which helps keep my workspace clean and uncluttered. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the device remains cool under normal workloads.
In terms of connectivity, the available ports are well thought out and provide flexibility for multiple monitors and peripherals. The SSD storage offers fast boot times and responsive application performance.

Overall, my experience with the Geekom Mini PC has been very positive. It offers excellent performance, reliability, and convenience in a small package. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful yet space-saving desktop solution.

I've been using the GEEKOM A9 Mega for over a month and have no complaints so far.

Performance has been excellent, and the system has been stable and reliable. The fan does become noticeable under heavier workloads, but that's expected given the performance packed into such a small form factor.

In my case, I primarily use it as a remote SSH machine for development and AI-related tasks, so the fan noise isn't an issue at all.

Overall, it's a powerful, compact, and dependable mini PC that has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

I bought an A8 mini pc almost 2 years ago now and so far so good. It is used almost every day as my work pc and my personal computer and handles all my general tasks that I throw at it with no issues as well as some light gaming. I needed some assistance with a technical issue and used the Whatsapp number and the help was responsive and helpful. Would happily buy again 🤓

Bought the Mini IT13 i7-13620H a couple of years ago and very happy! Still runs really fast and is more than capable of all my programming, photo editing, etc needs.

I bought the Geekom A9 Max about five months ago. Very pleased with the purchase. Plenty of storage and has all the ports/connections I need. Generally runs quiet with faint fan noise when under heavy load. Delivery was efficient and fast. Happy with the service provided.

I bought my Geekom Mini IT13 around 2 years back. This was my first experience with a mini-PC and i have absolutely no issues with my machine. It just works smooth as butter. Would certainly recommend a Geekom MiniPC to anyone who is looking for a strong performance in a compact device

I use the IT15 U9 285H for few weeks now, and I can tell there no problem so far, it is quite, never heard any noise, and smooth, maybe it is one of the bestsellers. Also happy with the quick response from the service team. Anyway, the mini PC is worth this price and I would recommend.

Geekom sent an email with a great offer on a mini PC for $899. The email link to the item, had a price of $1169. When I questioned this, the support response was, it was due to the voucher/offer not being applied at the checkout, and they sent a new link to a different mini PC. I questioned this, but the support dissappeared. So it seems integrity is not part of the service.

I bought a device from GEEKOM Australia, and what followed is a six‑week (still continuing) nightmare of poor communication, delays, and outright bad‑faith behaviour. They sent me the wrong model, then refused to issue a simple refund, insisting I cover the return shipping and jump through hoops at my own time and expense.

Their customer care is so bad that they don’t even attempt to solve the issue in a way that satisfies the customer. There is no genuine effort to fix their own mistake, only excuses, delays, and conditions that benefit them, not the consumer. This is the worst support experience I have ever had.

After six weeks of being strung along and offered no proper remedy, I lost all confidence and trust in this company.
GEEKOM has failed basic consumer‑law obligations, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you value your time, your money, and being treated fairly, avoid doing business with them.

I recently ordered the GEEKOM IT13 i9-13900HK and was disappointed to be told a few days later that it was out of stock. However, the way Camille from the support team handled the situation completely turned things around. She responded promptly, offered alternative options, and when I explained my situation, she went out of her way to arrange an upgrade to the 32GB/2TB model at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture. The order was processed and dispatched the same day. Really impressed with how this was handled — great product and even better customer service when it counted. Would recommend.

Tech support was very helpful and stayed in communication throughout the process. My computer works again! Yay!!!

The A6 desktop with 16 Gb memory is working very well for office and personal use. It's a sleek little box, and everything I wanted.
The customer support has been very good. The only negative is that they only reply once per day. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong computer, and they changed the order for me, without making me cancel and reorder. Then I had a Windows 11 problem, and they gave me clear instructions to reinstall Windows. Their support has been wonderful. I would buy another.

Support and product design are both efficient and refined, almost like a piece of craftsmanship

I lost three of the four monitor I use on my A9. I reached out to Geekom support with the problem; they worked with me via timely emails to resolve the issue. Turned out to be a bad display driver.
