Good to deal with.
Clear descriptions and specs of models available along with items related that may be useful e.g. fuel additive and oil etc. Good communication about delivery and best of all an actual human being at the end of the phone who knew that the driver was out of hours and the delivery would be rescheduled. Great staff
Great staff, They actively looked to save me a small amount of money on postage which could have easily gone over looked. My generator arrived as promised the next day. For me that goes along way, well done Michaela and team and thankyou !

Very efficient
I've never dealt with this company before, but they had what I wanted at a good price, so I ordered latish on Wednesday. Next morning I received an email thanking me for my order and stating that the goods would be despatched that day, which they were. Can't ask for more than that really!

Never even had the Honda Generator and…
Never even had the Honda Generator and its still with APC who never even delivered it next day...When i asked for a refund they are saying when they get it back from APC....What is this to do with my refund...
Update to this is ive still not received my refund even though APC has put this generator down as a return with tracking number provided
We have just been on the phone to Generator warehouse and they have put the phone down twice and the 3 rd time we asked to speak to the manager who is saying we are arguing with them and they need to see if the package comes back from APC unopened which we have not even touched....They have had the money since the 18th of this month...No refund has been forthcoming which is £1065 ..
This is becoming a criminal matter....They have tracking from APC saying its a return
Update I have just checked the tracking generator warehouse gave me from APC and it says they had the generator back yesterday...I have gave generator warehouse 14 days to refund me then i will start a claim at the small claims court

Dear Mr Thomas, apologies for the delay with receiving the generator you ordered over the Easter Bank Holiday break.
Unfortunately our Courier was unable to deliver the generator on the requested day due to large volumes moving through the network following the Easter Bank Holiday - which is frustrating, so we apologise for that.
As per company policy the generator has now been received back at our warehouse and a refund has been issued in full.
Once again, we apologise for the delay to your order and appreciate your patience.
