Geneve had a watch in stock that I desperately wanted for my wife for her birthday. Being in the UK I was worried about spending the money over seas and receiving the product. The worry was over nothing, The communication I received was top notch, I received the watch in a matter of days in great condition.

Sold me a watch, advertised as in stock, that they didn't have in stock. Friendly people from customer care contacted me to explain and promised to send me my watch asap. Received the package within two weeks including a gift for the incovenience. Nice people. Good service after a disappointing start.

I bought a Mont Blanc Summit 2
I bought a Mont Blanc Summit 2. A digital watch under the brand of Mont Blanc. Unfortunately after one week I found out that the battery was drained enormously. It wouldn't last a day if I did one workout for one hour. All the settings were made as lean as possible, but wearing this watch for just 12 hours already required a new battery load. I asked to return it, but they wouldn't let me, I asked them to come up with a solution but the only one was sending this watch back to Mont Blanc for repair, since the problem is that its a pre-market watch that shouldnt have seen daylight. After waisting so much energy I decided to just throw it away. A bit of a waste for a watch costing 950 euro.

The item wasn't ready to be dispatched once I ordered and I had to wait for some weeks but the service to try and rectify this was excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. I have never been to their shop was all done online but they kept me up to date through WhatsApp and got what I needed delivered to me in time before a special occasion.
