Initially Disappointed; Now Neutral. I found the Montblanc pen I was interested in; reviewed the online photos to ensure it was exactly what I wanted; then emailed to confirm details BEFORE buying. Ordered the pen online which had NO selection for color, assuming what was pictured in the photo was what I was buying. When the pen arrived, it was a different color; not what I believed I had ordered. I requested return instructions of this $515 USD pen and was told I would be responsible for the cost of the return from the US, even if Geneve made the return arrangements with DHL; a cost which was approximately $125 USD. I am appalled and disappointed that Geneve falsely advertised a product and then charged the customer for the return of a product. I will not do business with them again.

UPDATE: Following the posting of the review above, Geneve contacted me and offered to reorder the correct writing instrument with appropriate accommodation for shipping, or a refund of the return shipping charges. I opted for the refund of shipping charges. While I appreciate the offer to make things right, it should have been handled correctly the first time and not after I gave a poor review. I have changed my rating from 1-star to a neutral rating of 3-stars.

Fantastic service by the two gentlemen in Geneve store in Maspalomas (the closest one to Faro de Maspalomas). Sanju went above and beyond to make sure that my satisfaction as a customer was at the top. I've done 2 purchases one in the store where Sanju works and another one in the other Geneve store in Maspalomas and Sanju even helped me out with the issue I had with my purchase in the other store where they said they couldn't helped. Sales people like Sanju and his colleague makes people return! Thank you for the exceptional service and I'm really enjoying my purchase :)

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. The shop was very clean and tidy and products on offer were considerable and displayed to their best vantage. Warranty on the item purchased 24 months with what would appear to be a no hassle follow up if needed.
