I have only been using this serum for 3…
I have only been using this serum for 3 weeks, and the scar is starting to soften and lighten. I still have to use a concealer during the day. However it has significantly helped the healing process. I'd be confident to predict the scar being totally healed in about 3-4 months' time with use of the serum. If i did not use the serum, I'd be looking at possibly 12 months and the scar staying permanently. The bottle is costly for the amount i use, I'd like to know what else it can be used for. Thank you

We recommend that you apply the gel to the site at least 2 times per day in order to continue the improvement in the scar's look and feel. Just keep going and the scar will continually improve!
Importantly, the gel can be used on any burns and scratches for skin improvement. As the bottle is an airless system, the gel will last for several years, without expiring. We're sure that it will come in handy for any of life's bumps and scrapes!

Importantly, persistence in application of the product is a critical element in witnessing improvement. We remain very confident that using our Scar Gel will provide visual improvement when applied consistently.
The Scar Gel product advertising and bottle labeling clearly identifies that the Scar Gel bottle contains 30ml of product. The bottle is filled to that level during production.

Fast results
I burned my forearm whilst cooking with hot oil. I was super impressed by how quickly the gel worked. I still have some faint scarring and continue to use the gel. I’m very happy with the results so far.

Really amazing customer service from start to finish. I had a question and the customer service team responded and followed up with me often to ensure everything was going well. I haven’t had customer service that great, pretty much ever really. It seemed like they genuinely cared about me getting good results from their products, which I really like. Results should begin to appear within a 6 week period of first application. Over time, you should witness a reduction in redness of the scar area, a flattening of the scar and an improvement in the skin's condition.

There was an issue with the delivery of the product by Australia Post and the staff at Genova addressed this quickly and even sent me a second item at no cost for the inconvenience which I wasn’t expecting.

Great results for recent surgery scar
After having a major operation on my neck start of September & being left with a huge scar I decided to use the silicone scar gel. It's now been 12 weeks since starting the gel and I'm very happy with the results. I get lots of positive comments on how the scar is healing. Ordering on line was easy, fast & efficient.

Hi John, thanks for your review. It's important to remember that each scar is unique and will respond differently to treatment. Specific factors that may impact the effectiveness of treatment are the severity of the scar, the length of time that the scar has been present, and the consistently with which the gel is applied. For maximum benefit, we recommend that you apply the gel at least twice per day to the site of the scar. The active ingredients within the formulation may lighten, flatten and reduce redness of the scar over time. The most important thing is to be consistent with its application, in order to witness improvement to the appearance of the scar.
I have only been using Red Active for two weeks.
I have only been using Red Active for a couple of weeks and my skin seems to be looking much more even toned and the red blotches not so noticeable. I will keep using and if it works well. I will look at the other skin care products you sell.

I have sand fly bites all over my legs which caused it to have dark scars. Using this product has lightened them. I had to order another bottle. I wish it could be a bit bigger so that It could last longer. Mind you I only bought one to trial out. It seems to work, slowly

Age Spot Serum - a fabulous product that works!!
I have been using the Age Spot Serum for over a year and will continue using it for many more. I was skeptical at first, but with continued use over 4 weeks I noticed the brown spots/pigments on my face fade. I have continued using it religiously since and now feel very comfortable not wearing makeup to hide those spots. I have even started using it as a hand cream to prevent age spots from forming on my hands. Glad I gave this cream a go as the results speak for themselves. Thank you!!
