Happy with support given
To start with I had a bad experience with Genshin Account, as I purchased a Pokémon TCGP account that I could t access.
Upon getting in touch with costumer service, I got an email from the owner himself apologising, and trying to solve the matter which he did promptly.
Would purchase from again.

"Legitimate" my ass
I brought an account from these people thinking they were Legit accounts. however, the account i had recieved had hacks/cheats used on the account and was clearly botted for other things. i reached out to support hoping to settle the issue but no response. so i had to get my bank involved. Wouldn't recommend id reccomend using eldorado.gg for this type of thing

Absolutely a waste of money! I received the email but the account didn’t exist. Then when I went to sent them an email to complain they never responded! So I basically wasted my money on an account that doesn’t exist. I’m completely upset and disappointed!
