Excellent customer service, I wanted a specific pair of sunglasses which were sold out so a very kind lady went to the stockroom to find a selection which looked as close as possible to the pair I wanted. She was going to send me photos of them so I could choose. However, whilst she was there, she found a pair of the original sunglasses I wanted! Saved the day as i needed them to replace my son-in-laws sunglasses which had been broken. She telephoned me with the good news and despatched them to arrive the next day. Perfect!
