I ordered boots on June 12

I ordered boots on June 12. They sent me an order confirmation code and said they would send me an email once they shipped. It’s the 22nd so I called wondering when they were planning on sending them since I still haven’t received an email saying they have shipped them. They literally told me they were delivering them today and would send me the tracking. NEVER RECEIVED THE TRACKING NOR THE BOOTS BUT THEY DEFINITELY CHARGED MY CARD

Don’t expect for them to make it right!

I received two pair of the GB amplitude boots as a gift. Exactly four days of normal wear and the stitch along the tongue begins to separate. I contacted the GB website and Fernando responds stating they need more info about the boots my full address and phone number… lastly proof of purchase, which I don’t have because they were gifts. My response from ole Fernando is “Oh so sorry your boot is broken, here you go a 50% off coupon on your next purchase of our $160 boots, maybe you have better luck next time!” Seriously a slap in the face, why would I spend more money on garbage boots made in a sweatshop in Cambodia. Georgia Boots thinks quite highly of their garbage. Looks like I’m going back to Brahma!

Excellent Customer service

I purchased some boots for my husband for Christmas. I ordered them before Christmas and when he just told me that he wanted to return them I was afraid it would be an issue (even though they were not worn outside the house and we have all original packaging.

We lost a parent over the holidays and have been behind in dealing with issues like this. Fortunately, the Customer Service could not have been more helpful, and I didn’t even have to get into an explanation for the delay in returning them. In addition to well-made boots, they clearly have excellent customer service. It is much appreciated! We will definitely be back!!

Disgruntled long time cust

I have been a Ga Boot wearer for probably 20 yrs at least. I usually buy a pair of the Athens style boots about every 12 to 15 months. I bought a new pair on Amazon back in April if 2025. 2 months ago the left boot toe started separating from the sole. I reached out to Ga Boot on their website and told them about it. Left all of my contact info. Crickets! Not a word. I am a believer in the Boot and still am but now that I have had to reach out for support I get nothing. Very disappointed!

Hopefully they have a handle on quality control now. Will be back in the future.

I bought a pair of Georgia boots…

I bought a pair of Georgia boots expecting a lot better boot. I work out in the weather sun, rain, snow. I purchased them almost a month a a half ago. The leather has held together but as for the souls they have already cracked and are no longer waterproof. My feet are wet all day. I no longer wear them. I should have stuck with the KEEN brand. There's 225.00$ out the door. Thanks for your rotten boots!!!

Georgia USA Logger 12 supposed Wide

Apparently my review was deleted or removed. I bought these boots in a 12 wide because my Georgia Giant Romeos in 12 Medium have always been a winner. I also like the fact they're supposed to be made here in the US. Sadly I have nit been able to wear them much as they are not wide at all in fact they are considerably narrower than my first Romeos which were just 12's not even 12 Medium. The CC7 insoles seem to be to tall also and because of the cube cutout I hesitate even thinking about replacing them as there will essentially be a hole in the heel. Not sure what can be done about it. I have wore them mostly in the house to try breaking them in to no avail. Not sure what to do at this point with a $200 pair of boots I can't wear.

I bought a pair of Eagle light russet…

I bought a pair of Eagle light russet wildwood. The first year they were great. Comfortable and had good traction. Recently, I noticed the bottom of my feet getting soaked. Looked at both boots and noticed the area around the balls of my feet were almost worn through. I could see cracks going to the inside of my boots. Now when I walk around in the dewy grass, my socks get soaked. The rest of the boots are still in good shape. After reading some of the reviews, it would seem they have a major sole problem. Last pair for me.

Do not purchase

Do not purchase. Not worth the money. Return policy is they have to be returned "unworn". I wore them 1 day.....very uncomfortable. I didn't even bother trying to return after reading the policy. Not worth the hassle. This company sucks!

Georgia boots suck

Georgia boots suck. Normally I can get several seasons/years out of my redwings. Decided to try two pair of georgia boots that I liked. Wore the first pair about 20 times over a years time and the soles come apart in pieces. Got my other pair out the box and before I even put them on noticed pieces of the sole on the unworn pair also coming apart. Brand new still in the box. After several calls finally spoke to customer service. Terrible experience and no help at all. Yes the boots were just over a year old but still new in the box. Sole was already coming apart in pieces just like the other pair. No help from customer service. $400 worth of junk boots. Never again will I buy a pair of GEORGIA BOOTS.

I purchased the high angle work boot…

I purchased the high angle work boot for my husband in February 2023. On July 13th 2023, he came home to show me that his soles are separating. That's a lot of money for glued soles. I thought they were sewn all the way through. My bad, I guess I won't invest in them anymore.

Been a Georgia boot customer for many…

Been a Georgia boot customer for many years. Recently got a pair of Georgia flx point boots that the liner came out after 2 times of wearing them. Contacted the store they came from they wouldn’t do anything. Told me to contact Georgia so I did and they won’t warranty the product. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Stay away from Georgia cause they won’t back their own product!!!

Two month life span on Georgia Carbo Tec boots…

I paid $160 for the worst pair of boots i have owned. Within 2 months of wearing them, the lining began to separate from the inner boot. It gradually got worse until the point that it came out of the boot when you tried to take the boot off. It bunched up above the heel on the way out to the point that you had to push the bunched up lining back down with your fingers in order to get the boot off. These were Georgia Carbo tec boots.
