purchase a pair of boots from Geogia boots in Jan. 2022.Two months later they started coming apart from the sole, sent them back to get a replacement pair and the pair they sent me was worst then the pair I sent them. I call and talk to customer service department and ask if I wanted a refund and I say yes sent boots back in May they received them on June 4th and I havn't heard anthing from them since NO MORE GEOGIA BOOTS OR ROCKY BOOTS EVER,,,,,,,,,,,,

Ordered boots on the 25th got an email on the 27th saying shipped! Called them on the 30th to check status only to find out they haven’t even been processed yet!! Informed they a 14 days behind which means with 14 days plus the 5 days when I called after ordered plus 5 days shipping will eventually get my boots in 25 days! Would be nice if they communicated that before they take your money! They won’t even cancel the order after I requested it before it was even processed! Sad that companies do this to new customers!

Excellent customer service
I ordered a pair of boots that were great - except that I am bow-legged and they rubbed on the outside of my calves - not a problem with the boot, it's my legs that are the issue.
Contacted Customer Service and they exchanged them for a lower boot - and they paid shipping both ways.
April helped me select the boots that would solve my problem - very helpful.
