First time order
It was the first time ordering from Get A Drip, and I found the order process easy. The health checks and the ease of uploading documents took the angst away as communication was great. I was kept updated throughout the process and felt reassured that I was getting a professional service.
My prescription was really well packaged and thoughtfully packed with care and the delivery was exactly on schedule. All in all a very positive customer experience.

Cold chain broken, product not usable - no resolution offered
I had previously ordered from Get a Drip with a great experience, however my second order arrived warm. It took over 2 days from dispatch to delivery, and dispatch/ shipping updates were not received until after the product was delivered (seeming technical issue).
The delay may have been fine if it had been packed properly, however the icepack had turned to water and was separated from the medication by 2 thick pieces of cardboard. Also as I had no idea of knowing what day it was arriving (I think a DPD tracking issue, not GAD) I was not in for delivery and DPD had left the parcel in full sunlight on my doorstep.
Support was initially helpful, trying to reassure me that once cold chain had been broken I had 30 days to use the product - firstly, the regulator expects cold chain to be maintained through delivery, secondly I was not due to start the product immediately.
I asked for an escalation to management, was reassured again and since 13 days ago have had no response.
This is incredibly expensive medication. Cold chain should not be broken. It should not be left on the doorstep. This is Get A Drips responsibility.

We completely understand your concerns, particularly given the importance of temperature control and timely delivery for this type of medication.
Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that it was delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, and courier notifications were issued, including both an “out for delivery” update and delivery confirmation. All of our orders are packed in line with strict cold-chain requirements, and we have no indication from our tracking or fulfilment checks that the product was outside of acceptable conditions during transit.
That said, we are sorry to hear about the condition of the packaging on arrival and the delivery location, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. We also apologise for the delay in response, as this is something we are reviewing internally.

First order was fairly straight forward…
First order was fairly straight forward though did take over a week, 4 days from approval to dispatch. Second order was a nightmare. I was given the option to pay via google pay which then changed to my other email address. Contacted GAD immediately to explain this via email, tried calling but it just keeps cutting off. There was then a bank holiday so it was well over a week when i got a response. Assured the order was in progress. Had to continuously chase for a further week with action only being taken when i requested refund. Finally order was despatched with me having missed my injection day.

Wish I had read all the reviews here before ordering! Money taken from my bank on 1/4 and still no delivery. Im £300 out of pocket and now overdue with my medication!! As other have stated they’re quick to answer some of your issues however when it comes to delivery details or getting a refund I now have radio silence.
