It was so nice having a massage at home - I didn’t have to deal with the stress of traveling afterwards. Also Tetyana was wonderful and it was an excellent massage.

Nuria arrived early and set up the room with warm towels, bliss music and candles. She then put warm hands all over my tired, stressed body in such a way that i melted and melted and melted. Stress points were located and kneaded away and by the end i just wanted to sleep, sleep, sleep, i was so relaxed. I then booked a follow up massage because feeling so good had to be repeated. Great option for connecting clients with providers! Very easy to navigate and see what’s available. The waiting for people to respond was a little unclear but once I received a response it all made sense!

Our therapist, Sebina was excellent. She arrived before the appointment, set up and then treated each or our staff to a blissful massage.

Everyone felt cared for and relaxed after their visit with Sebina.

I would recommend Sebina and Blys to anyone looking for a fun way to treat their team.

My provider, Nadia, was very professional! She focused on my sore areas and her hands did an amazing job. When she was finished, I felt like I was in a brandnew body. She will be my go to person moving forward.

I booked a session for my mother who is older and has special needs. Booking with Blys was easy as there was room for me to describe specifics of the experience and challenges the therapist would have. Ethan was awesome. He did a thorough evaluation, assessed where she was and challenged her to do a little more. It was fabulous experience.

Sebina knew exactly what I needed. The massage left me feeling molten, in a good way, and her home made body scrub left my skin glowing. She is a great communicator and I've already booked my next massage with her.

Mandeep is a truly sensitive masseuse. After his work on my cramped traps I was able to sleep for the first time in 2 nights and woke up pain free. The booking process is totally smooth, but it's so automatic the absence of human communication about something as personal as this feels a bit weird. But definitely not a deal breaker if their people are as good as Mandeep.

Ordered a lymphatic massage for my wife which she had been wanting for a long time. Therapist contacted me via messages and was pushy about moving dates and times then messed it up and moved again. When she arrived asked my wife what she was expecting and said “we will not be doing that”. Proceeded to slightly rub her neck and shoulders with nothing else. Anyone that has had one of these done or looked it up even knows that is not what you paid for. Lady left and my wife felt it was all a waste of time and dealt with an attitude. Myself included but I reached out to ask and they did “look into it” but came back with they talked to the therapist and she said she did everything. Word of mouth he said she said and wrote me off really. I actually hate complaining about anything or doing this but $185 is a good bit of money and left with an attitude and slight neck/shoulder rub along with a company not backing a customer is pretty crappy.
Guess units count they made $185 once and lost a customer for life. Way of the world I guess but overall the whole thing was trash

Easy booking, great treatment

It was lovely to be able to have a massage in my home. It was very relaxing and cosy.

It was a simple process with a good professional arriving right on time.

Max was awesome and did a great job. Love the site and how easy the process is.

Tiffany was great working with my father who has dementia. She really seemed to make him feel comfortable and relaxed. First time we have tried a geriatrics massage and will probably do it on a regular basis for him.

Booking with BLY was a nightmare. Was charged a surcharge when confirmed, but there was no indication on anything that the secondary date that I picked had a surcharge. I picked a date without a lightning bolt on it and then accepted the price of the normal massage. When messaging with BLY, they told me it was weekend surcharge and that I was at fault until I provided screenshots. Once that happened, another customer service took over and responded that I would receive a refund once massage was completed.

I am waiting for my $20 refund of the surcharge.

If it wasn’t for Tiffany, I would probably never use BLY again because of the debacle.
