If I could give a half star I would. I ordered Father’s Day shirts. I knew it would take about 2-3 weeks with COVID and going to Hawaii. It took 5 weeks and was completely wrong. Shirts weren’t even close to what I ordered. I emailed 5 times, called twice and still no reply of any kind. So here I am out $56 and shirts that are not even close to what I ordered.

Do not trust their delivery times
Long story short, ordered a 4th of July shirt in plenty time of what their estimated delivery time would be. After several emails with excuses of being delayed and going to the wrong post office box, I received the item on July 12th....seriously it was for the 4th of July! Will not use this company again.

I have never received the shirt I ordered. I have called twice, was on hold for over 10min. Left a voicemail, no return call, that was over 4 days ago. But they had no problem taking money out of my account, right away! Please do not trust them.

The T-Shirts quality of the fabric is terrible, I was looking for the designs but I wont wear this t-shirts because the fabric is so cheap, even so the items weren't unexpensive. I wont buy from this site again. Good luck.

Guys - stop trying to get a refund from these scammers. If you used a debit card or credit card with VISA or a MasterCard logo, call the number on the back of the card and tell them that you need to do a chargeback. They will ask why, tell them the truth. They will investigate and you WILL get your money back. Do it, even if it is just a small amount. Once enough people do it, they WILL lose their card processing accounts and they will have to stop operating.

I would give them 0 stars if it let me. Ordered shirts that never came and they wanted to offer me a 50% refund. I still haven't received a dime back. If I wanted to donate money, I would have found a better cause. Do not waste your time or money on this company, they are a disgrace to the USA.

Wish I read previous reviews, poor service and communication. Only responded thru an e mail sent via PayPal, even though I sent 3 previous e mails. I fully understand delays due to Covid, but to my respond is poor business practice.They took their $ pretty quickly and wouldn't cancel the order I placed a month previous.

They clearly rely on folk giving up on chasing their order. They have no tracking and asked me to email them to remind them to look into my order.
It took me 12 emails and the threat of legal action to get my T-shirt when it arrived the print was almost twice the size as advertised. They’ve clearly panicked after I kept up my threats on legal action and quickly got it badly printed. I ordered on the 4th of March it arrived on the 1st of June. Jessica from customer services must be a busy girl she answered every single one of my emails.

Ordered a tee on June 11, 2020. Whenever I tried to track the order it said PRINTING. I sent 2 emails of inquiry with no reply. Finally after 12 or so days the order tracking said shipped on June 11 which was doubtful since that was the day I ordered it. I did finally receive the tee on 6/26. While the photo shows the graphic taking up the upper 1/2 of the tee, the actual tee's graphics take up nearly the entire front of the shirt. Doesn't look good
