Run as fast as you can. They send horrible quality shirts and don’t honor refunds.

I ordered a medium sweatshirt and was sent a large. They had put an incorrect sticker saying medium just above the sewn in tag that said large. I emailed them about the issue and all my emails sent to them came back as undeliverable, not a valid email..even my replies to their emails sent to me. I have found no way to contact them. The item I ordered seemed to be made well, just way too large for me. I'm just extremely dissatisfied in their complete lack of customer service. There was also no phone number to be found as backup contact on their website either.

Awful quality! The shirt arrived almost a month after I ordered it with no communication. I had to notify customer service it never came and that is when I found out they had to re print the design because it did not print correctly the first time. When I received the shirt the images were fuzzy and did not look like the photo displayed on the website. I contacted customer service again and provided pictures but they insisted it was fine.

When my shirt arrived late they offered me 10% back and I never received it.
I am very disappointed with this company and will not order again.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. I ordered one t shirt for my mothers birthday, thinking it would arrive on time for it. It took them two weeks to ship it out. Once they actually shipped the shirt I got it in 3 days for a total of 17 days I waited for one shirt. Customer service said it was due to yearly maintenance, but their site said nothing about it nor did it say my order would be delayed. T shirt arrived today & the lettering was bright red instead of the light pink it showed in the picture. Will not order from them again.

Paid over $60 dollars for two shirts to wear on St. Patrick’s Day and they didn’t come in time. Then when I wanted to return the shirts for a refund I was told “No”.
