LOOKS LIKE THE SCAM SUSPICIONS ARE COMMON WITH THIS COMPANY. Order two shirts on May 14, 2020 and I write this today, it is May 29, 2020. I emailed asking for an update and I was told that the shirts were printed but the color was not to their satisfaction so they would have to be reprinted. I was emailing "JESSICA" who has bad grammar and does not use proper English so it's obvious that JESSICA is generic name they use. It also obvious that this company's customer service is outside of the USA. Anyways, they offered me a 30% refund that they promised but I eventually insisted that they cancel my order and give me a full refund. I'm not expecting a refund of any type so I took the matters into my own hands. Now that I see all these same issues with them, I simply notified my bank and filed a fraud claim and requested a refund. It might take a few months to get my money back BUT it's about principle. I agree with about 90% of the reviews, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE 100% SCAM!

placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have yet to get a shipping confirmation. Have sent 3 emails asking for tracking without a single reply. Tried calling customer service and no one ever picked up. DO NOT order from this scam of a company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! I did and I am hating myself. Cannot get anyone from this company to respond to why my order has not been ship. Am sending info to my state's Attorney General office to investigate. Cannot locate where this company is from. I think it is outside the united states. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

I ordered my daughter a xl shirt. They sent us a youth size xl, when I asked about the return policy I was given the run around for weeks.

It's simple just let us send it back, and mail us a new one! We're just going to call it a loss.

Hate to say it but glad to say it read the bad reviews and despite them I ordered a t-shirt very few are printed what I was interested in placed the order and anxiously waited for a confirmation did not receive that sent an email and almost immediately received an email back from Jessica in customer service with an apology for the link not being sent ...sent it with a tracking number which indicated it was on its way and was delivered just a little over a week I personally would order again quality is great John K

would give 0 stars if it were possible. This customer experience has been ABYSMAL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased a sweatshirt, and when receiving it in the mail, the design was much smaller than anicipated and was very low on the shirt. I sent a photo in and asked them for assistance, or a replacement. They said they can't do that. After multiple emails on my part trying to get answers, they FINALLY responded with a very textbook, robotic answer from "Jessica"....I'm pretty sure this "Jessica" is a scam. AT LAST, they finally offered me 20% back for my dissastification with the product.

I had to follow up THREE times when a week had passed 3 times with zero update, response, or refund. I emailed them yesterday and told them that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day, I'd be posting a bad review on the internet.

Still no response. Well, now I'll be going to Paypal to dispute the payment all together and will be posting bad reviews on multiple sites.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Now February and I’m still awaiting a gift for Christmas that I ordered at the beginning of December. Despite numerous emails not one person has bothered to acknowledge me. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service considering the price of a t-shirt. Would not recommend this company to anyone. EVERYONE BEWARE

I ordered a Christmas present in early December. It was several weeks late and arrived in January. Customer service said that “there was a printer issue last week” which shouldn’t have affected an item ordered 4 weeks prior. I tried to work out a solution with them, and I asked for an explanation, but they ignored my message. Awful company, major integrity problems.

I ordered 2 tshirts from this company recently and I'm highly satisfied with my order to be honest. Took a little longer than expected to recieve my order in full but highly worth the wait as each garment was decent quality. Great communication from the team when contacted and in the future my one stop shop for unique tshirt designs

This is by far the worst place i ever could have chose to shop from online. They mess up my order big time and obviously i have the proof and they refuse to send me my money back and most of all they refuse to even just correct it!! I asked if they could just switch it out for what i orginally wanted and they refused to do it! Money back guarantee my a** I swear i am just looking out for all of you who decide to shop on this site. They also have done this to alot of ppl as well. They show one thing but youll get something else and omg there customer service is horrible as well!!! I swear do not waste your time!!!! They also have a phone number that works but no one ever answers.

Jessica, customer service, stated that there were some technical breakdowns happening to their printing system which resulted in a delay between ordering & shipping.
Shirt didn't come from Getsy6 in the UK.
It came from Sunfrog Shirts in Gaylord, MI.
Cancelled order on Dec. 24, 2019.
Shirt supposedly shipped on Dec. 26, 2019.
Refused delivery of shirt when it arrived Jan. 7, 2020.

This company is very dodgy. I have the same issue as all the other reviewers on here. Ordered T-shirt, arrived late, poor quality, sent them images as requested and told them I would like a refund or will take a replacement if the quality was better. No response. I also called tel No on their web page 8662046105 a bloke answered but said I had wrong No.. when I received my order I noticed that the item had come from a company called Teezily 104 Rue Richelieu 75002 Paris. I have contacted Trading Standards and due to the fact that the item had come from France I had to contact the European Consumer Rights Centre Tel No 01268886690 (which I am in the process of doing) to get some advice. Hope this helps.

Absolutely appalling service, I contacted Getsy6 when I suspected the order wasn't going to arrive in time for Christmas even though it had been ordered on the 6th December, no reply! no communication whatsoever! How can they justify charging £6.99 for postage when a mule would deliver the goods faster. The T shirt was good when it arrived but the overall service would prevent me ever recommending this company.

After several emails and their admission to the tee shirt sent was not as stated in their size guide, I still do not have either a replacement or refund. Stay well away from ordering from this company. Furthermore, I will be seeking advice on my rights.

#1230183154. Ordered two different shirt designs for Christmas gift. Arrived in timely fashion but order is incorrect. I wanted two different designs but both shirts are the same design. Waiting now on response/resolution from company. Updated.... Also get canned email asking for photos of error. Photos sent earlier this week with no response. Guess this won't be corrected before Christmas. Update #2..... Still no contact from the company. No surprise at all. Bought my Dad another Xmas gift. Update #3.....Tried to use the phone number listed on the website. It does not work. Waste of time. Sent yet another email and photo of my incorrect order. I want my order corrected. What a joke. Been going through this since December 12th. Update #4....Finally received a reply on 1/7 from my 12/24 inquiry to my order status. Company asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Yeah I want a refund. Let's see how long this takes. Update #5......Was told my refund would take 5-10 business days to reach me depending on my bank's process. Followed up immediately and tried to confirm the refund amount. No reply. Update #6......Still waiting on my refund to show up in my bank account. Since January 10th. Joke continues to be on me. Update #7....The nightmare is finally over. I got my refund February 7th. Never, ever again with this company.

Pretty disappointed with my purchase. I bought "Mos Eisley Cantina Live Music All Week T-shirt" as a Christmas gift and the print is not a good quality. The colors are much less radiant than on the picture and some parts of the print are smudged. Taken into consideration that the shirt cost $20 + shipping, I am not happy and I would not purchase again. I bought similar shirts for half of the price and free shipping on Amazon and the quality of the shirt is equal (also printed on "Gildan" shirt) but the print was much better than on Getsy. They have a return policy which I considered, but since I will be leaving soon, I cannot really do this.

I bought a t shirt for my hubby, size was to small, printing was patchy and lacked the detail of the image on the website, still waiting for a refund after sending evidence of what rubbish it is
