The date selected at checkout is a preferred delivery date rather than a guaranteed delivery date. While we do our best to align deliveries with preferred dates, couriers can occasionally deliver ahead of schedule once the parcel is in their network.
For this order, we aimed to dispatch it so that it would arrive as close to, but not after, your requested Friday date. We also placed a “Please Don’t Open Me” sticker on the parcel to help ensure it was not opened before the intended date.
We understand that timing is important when sending a gift, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your review.

Being able to ring and talk to a real…
Being able to ring and talk to a real person versus virtual or having to book on the internet is an absolute PLUS for me. And the super lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful, kind and very nice. You've got a new customer I can tell you that as at Christmas I have to order about 10 gift baskets to be sent to our board - so there's good income there for you because of your help and friendliness.
