Can trust, took a day

Ordered befpre 1pm came next day around 3pm definitely works and have some quality safety measures, this is a safe site

Quick and super easy

Quick and super easy. I have purchased these multiple times now. My son who is a golf fanatic prefers these to gift cards to his favourite golf store as they are more flexible. If I had to nit pick I'd like to see more selections for the digital gift card designs.

Please note, as your order has not been processed, no funds have been debited from the credit card. However, you may see a Pending Transaction (or Authorisation) on your account. This is funds held by your bank pending our transaction. As our transaction is not proceeding, your bank will release these funds after a short period of time – usually within 5 business days. Please contact your credit card provider if you require the funds released sooner.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Don't touch these gift cards with a barge poll. No sign of the gift card, no one answers or returns call or emails, and no refund.

I use gift card store to send birthday…

I use gift card store to send birthday & holiday gifts to my son in Australia. I live in the US and find it difficult & expensive to ship gifts.

Generally good with a few wrinkles

I sent a query about where the freeform text would go, but I received no reply. After a few days I went ahead with the order, which is not friendly for overseas customers - the website insists on an Australian-style phone number, and wouldn't let me enter an international style UK number. So I just entered random numbers :) Entering the Oz address wasn't too difficult - this can often be a nightmare for overseas customers.
The product arrived earlier than expected - very quickly in fact - and my mum was more than happy with it
