I ordered an e-gift card for a family member. They received an email but unable to access the e-gift card. It says you have to activate the card, can't activate if can't get card numbers. The email does not work. I have emailed the company and awaiting an urgent reply. My case number is 1228425-Z0G2K4. This is not acceptable. Withdrew my money but not deliver the card to be accessed. Would not recommend.

I purchased a $100 egift card for my brothers birthday.
2 weeks later, it still has not been received. I emailed the store regarding the matter. The gave me a case number and reply stating
'Case number CAS-********has been created against your enquiry.
We are investigating your enquiry and will endeavour to respond within 2 business days'
I failed to receive any reply.
11 days later I again contacted the business asking if the matter had been looked in to, and to this date i have received no update.
I would not use this company. They are thieves. i have uploaded a screenshot of my experience on socials to warn others to not use this mob.
I placed an order on the 23rd December (#2647046). After not receiving by mid-January, I contacted them.
I was advised it was sent on the 20th January. Now it's the 29th January and still nothing.
Taking 28 days to even dispatch is not acceptable. The website notes their cards are usually dispatched within 3 days.
The website also notes express delivery. It has now been 9 days since dispatch and still nothing.
Will avoid at all costs in future and will report to ACCC.
UPDATE: Company has replied to this message asking me to email them. This is after their team escalated the case, and still hasn't replied after 5 days. It is clear they respond to these reviews only for control and not to actually help.

The recipient didn't receive his e-gift online voucher that I ordered 17th Jan 2024 to his mobile. They have a toll free number on the website to call them but it only advises you to email them. Therefore you cannot speak to anyone. I have emailed 3x now and no response.

Buyer beware! Ordered a gift card 1st Dec 2023. Now past mid Jan 2024 card has still not arrived. Only automated phone messages on their phone number saying you have to email them. No replies to multiple emails seeking to resolve or refund for failed service, or responses weeks later with further misdirection and delay. Will be reporting to the ACCC.

I like the process of using giftcard store. I would like to know whether my recipients have received and activated their vouchers. It would be good to know if any vouchers were not delivered to recipients when you are sending bulk vouchers. And it would be even better if those funds could be somehow returned to my giftcard store account.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact this company regarding an incorrect email added on my behalf. The money was taken from my account immediately and each time I send an enquiry with the case number attached I receive a new case number. The voucher was not cheap. Not impressed and I WONT be using them again!!

Purchased multiple gift cards on the 11 Dec. This is for our employee rewards program. A multitude of employees complained they could not access their funds. Tried calling them. Office closure, fair enough, wrote them emails, clearly office reopened and yet no one responded. Called the hotline but every single one of the phone choice option is asking you to write an email to them! what is the point of a hotline if you are just pointing us to emails!? Had to be "creative" and call their "other company". The first customer services personnel promised someone would get back to me but they DID NOT. Had to call again the next day before we get a response. No apologies, 0 customer service, and oh, they promised to call, but all we get is a lousy email with no apologies. If I can give them negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY! Also, they only take CC, not paypal, etc. so every chance for your CC to be compromised. Site looks extremely vulnerable. There are many other gift card stores out there I have dealt with that were much, much - WAY - better, a shame I rushed this and chose them. Worst HR choice I have made for the company. Never again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought this for a colleague as a leaving gift spending close to $600 on gift cards. They do not work and even after MONTHS of correspondence and a promise to refund, we still have no been able to use the cards or been refunded.
At this point, this is stealing.
I have never been more disappointed in a customer experience and absolutely horrified that they are able to get away with stealing.
We first raised the issue back in May 2023, it is now. January 2024...8 months of back and forth.
It also states clearly on their website 'Worldwide and online acceptance with Visa and Mastercard'. This is inaccurate and misleading as the company confirmed AFTER purchase and months of back and forth that their virtual cards are blocked due to high fraud risk.

Update: the card was eventually delivered, more than 1 hour after payment. Checked their FAQ, it says it can take up to 4 hours for an e-card to be delivered, and outside of office hours it could be delayed until the next day. This is unacceptable for a virtual card, so I'm keeping my 2-star rating. Original review below

Order was placed more than 45 minutes ago and the recipient still hasn't got anything. It's a virtual card so it should take a few seconds at most to create it and deliver it. I know this for certain because I work in the financial sector.
The Customer Support number connects you to a pre-recorded message that asks you to email them, then disconnects.
Two stars because I'm still hoping the e-card at some point will be delivered, better late than never. I have low confidence though.

My work organised a gift card for me and it never arrived!! We paid $9 for postage, and was then told they use regular post with no tracking. Why would any company ever send a gift card without tracking or proof of postage? Complete joke.
We raised a complaint and they confirmed that it was never activated and we're still fighting with them to send another one or a digital version!!
DO NOT BUY THIS CARD. I should have seen all the disappointed review. I WASTED $220 .EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED .

Do not get fooled with australian numbers- they dont answer phone you were told to email your query!!

Absolute rubbish. I received a $150 Digital MC as a birthday gift from family. I activated card and can log into the universal web site and view my balance. HOWEVER - I cannot use it. It is being rejected by EVERY website I have tried. Very poor and slow response from emails to them. They keep sending me the same answer over and over. Cannot get them on the phone, MY ADVISE - DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!
I still cannot use the card. We have asked them to refund us. NO REPLY of course.
