I purchased 4 tires. GigaTires has my $ and I only have 3 tires

I purchased 4 tires. I tire was the wrong size. I returned the tire & was sent a confirmation of the correct tire being sent. Then I get an email saying they dont HAVE the correct tire. Their website still says that my tire is in stock & available for purchase. Its been almost a MONTH and I have 3 of the 4 tires I paid for. No refund. No replacement. Now having to contest the charges. Do yourself a favor, stay away. The hassle is NOT worth it.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping. The tires appear to be of good quality. I've put 2K miles on them already and they seem just as good at OEM Bridgestones for a quarter of the cost.

To begin with the tire price was my main interest. You offered the best deal compared to others. This was an online transaction and your website was user friendly. Lastly your product arrived earlier than expected. Do it made my total experience overall most excellent.

Incredibly slow

Waited 3 days for my original order; wrong tires were sent. Waited another 11 days for the correct tires to arrive. Waited another 2 days for the installer to put them on my vehicle. In all, I was without my vehicle for about 2 weeks. I won’t buy from Giga tires again. At minimum they could have express shipped the correct tires.

Fast delivery but.....

What I liked most is that the tires were delivered within 2hrs. I was at the gym when I got a notification from my Ring camera that someone was in my driveway, thats fast! But what I didn't like is the guy lined my tires up against my garage door so anyone could easily steal them?
