Received quickly and just what I was expceting

Everything was great from prices to shipping, very impressed with shipping time, I ordered on a Wednesday morning and had tires in hand by Thursday before lunch! I will definitely be ordering again!

Tires arrived very quickly. I dont think it was 5 days after making g the order. Its been a little while, but one of my tires are messed up. It seems like the treadmill may have separated from the tire itself and I've only put 20000 miles on 50000 mile tire. Idk, other than that, everything else was good

I ordered 4 tires. When they arrived, the tires were dry rotten, filthy, discolored, and 5-6 year old. Yes, they were supposed to be NEW. When I requested a refund, we were told to send pictures of the place where the tire age is written and send them back. They are telling me it will be around 2 weeks to get a refund for a clearly defective product.

I lost my right front wheellock lugnut at Monroe Auto Service in Medford, Massachusetts(20 Revere beach parkway Medford, MA). The next day, when I called to find it, Monroe Auto Service replied that it would be found and there was no phone call. When I called back, Monroe Auto Service manager Sean lied to me that my original wheellock lugnut was not there. Sean sarcastically told me to go to Honda Dealers and buy a new one with my own money. Monroe Auto Service is a scammer and I hope other consumers won't suffer like this.

I received my order promptly, very please with the service.

It was my first time buying tire from Giga but it was a great experience. All I did was pay and my tire was delivered and installed in no time. I will definitely used again in the future. I recommend using Giga people, go for it.

Easy ordering and delivery

The whole experience with giga-tire was seamless, they had exactly what I wanted and had a shop close by that installed them. The only issue I had was that one of the tires I received was “heavy” and the shop couldn’t balance it properly.
