I was really anxious to buy from this website as all the reviews were talking about how it always took a very long time for the tickets to get transferred to them. I did face the same issue, buying the tickets somewhere in november 2025, except I got them a week before the concert in late April 2026 and everything was fair and good. You need to be aware that if the concert is in another country; like in my case; you'll need to buy accommodation and flights before! u receive ur tickets so if you're okay with that, I definitely recommend buying from gigsberg.

I was little worried as never brought football tickets via resell sites but the team of Gigsberg were amazing! They always checked in and I got my tickets 48 hours before the game I do recommend them great service! This was for the Atletico Madrid V Arsenal great time!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing Ed Sheeran concert tickets through Gigsberg, especially considering it was a very last-minute decision.
I bought two tickets on the day of the concert, and although they weren’t delivered instantly, I reached out to their customer service team via WhatsApp. They responded immediately and handled all my queries in a highly professional and friendly manner, which gave me great confidence.
As promised, I received my tickets in time before the concert and we were able to attend and thoroughly enjoy the show. What truly impressed me was what happened next. The following day, I received an email from Gigsberg informing me that they had processed a full refund due to the slight delay in ticket delivery, along with a sincere apology.
I confirmed with them that we had received the tickets on time and had an amazing experience at the concert. Even then, their team insisted on refunding the full amount, as they considered the delay to be below their service standards. That level of accountability and customer care is genuinely rare.
Within 5–10 working days, I received the full refund as promised.
I’m truly impressed by Gigsberg’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. This was my first time using their service, and it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended!

Three times I was trying to acquire tickets to concerts where it was really impossible to get them. They were immediately sold out in a few seconds. Namely: Dua Lipa, Gracie Abrams and Rosalia in Belgium. However, each of these three times I managed to get the tickets via Gigsberg. Yes, most of the time they are significantly more expensive, but for me it is still OK. I was very happy to be able to get the tickets to the shows of these artists.
One of these times the waiting for the tickets was a bit intense, since the ticket arrived only one day before the event. However, I knew that this can be the case and was calm after two successful past collaborations with Gigsberg. And they delivered again.
What I really like about them is quick, supportive, kind and calm communication, which leaves you assured about a successful outcome.
I have one more ticket bought via Gigsberg. Fingers crossed that this experience is also positive. Otherwise I will come here to write a bad review. :D Hopefully will not be needed.

I bought resell tickets for Olivia Dean in Dublin. They arrived perfectly in my Ticketmaster account. Then Ticketmaster got in touch and said the venue had been changed and my tickets would no longer work (they disappeared from the app) and that I would have to get in touch with the seller. I was a bit panicky but Gigsberg sorted it out within a couple of hours. Huge thanks to Joyce and Lauren for sorting this - it’s a post A level treat for my daughter so it would have been gutting to miss out.

The app the make you download is a little hard to use. I had to change my password 3 times to access it. I’m not sure what the issue is. However, they do help you by texting you on WhatsApp and my ticket did work. I got to see Tame Impala in Stockholm by buying a last minute ticket with Gigsberg!

I have to say I was very nervous about using a site like this where I knew I was paying a lot of money for tickets but I have to say even though the tickets did not come through until a couple of days before the concert, I did not feel stressed at any point as Gigsberg updated me regularly and reassured me this was normal… they even contacted me on the day to ensure my ticketshad been transferred… would definitely use again 👍

It’s the first time I’ve used gigsberg and I was a little apprehensive as I’d read that some people weren’t getting tickets till the last minute. I’ve been waiting for my Olivia Dean tickets with a couple of weeks to go so was feeling a bit nervous but without any prompting gigsberg emailed me two weeks before to say they were working hard to get my tickets sorted and a week later they came through on the Friday and the concert was Saturday Great customer service I have used twice now and both times they contacted me to check I had received my tickets.

Very disappointing experience.
I bought seated tickets for Rosalía in Barcelona and traveled from San Sebastián with two other people. Just hours before the concert, I was told my tickets were not available and was offered standing tickets instead.
At that point, refusing was not a real option. Accepting worse tickets under pressure is not acceptable.
This shows poor reliability and I would not recommend this platform.

The Customer Support was quick and helpful though I did not get the Tickets until the very last day before the concert which was nerve wrecking for me. I don’t think I want to do it again… so my Experience was Bad but still 3 points for the Great Support.
