I had a few issues with getting my tickets due to the O2 app bug. Gigsberg was super responsive, emailing and suggesting back and forth on a Sunday. I truly couldn’t believe how fast, responsible, reliable the entire team was.
I used to be super hesitant purchasing tickets via secondary websites but I cannot recommend Gigsberg enough. Truly such a supportive team!

This is basically a laundering platform for scammers. They buy tix, then sell them overpriced with all sorts of tricks. In my case, I bought overpriced tix for a show that they were advertising as sold out (it was not) and when I couldnt attend and wanted to sell them, there were technical details left out, rendering them useless. Gigsberg Customer service was polite, but useless.

⚠️ Misleading ticket purchase – be careful
I recently bought 2 tickets for Alex Warren at Royal Arena through Gigsberg, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I specifically avoided tickets marked as “standing”, and the listing stated that placement would be confirmed later via Ticketmaster. Combined with the significantly higher price compared to the original ticket price, this gave a clear impression that I was purchasing seated tickets.
However, this was not the case.
Gigsberg’s response has been to hide behind their terms and conditions, repeatedly stating that “the seller delivered what was advertised” – while completely ignoring the fact that the overall purchase experience was misleading.
As a customer, you are expected to:
- Interpret unclear information correctly
- Accept large price differences without transparency
- Take full responsibility for a confusing purchase flow
To make matters worse, these tickets were for a 12-year-old child, making the situation even more frustrating.
When I reached out for help, explaining the situation and asking to change the tickets to seated tickets (which were still available on their platform), there was absolutely no willingness to help.
No flexibility. No understanding. No solution.
Even when clearly distressed and asking for assistance before the event, the response was simply to refer back to their terms and conditions.
I strongly recommend being extremely cautious when using this platform. What you think you are buying may not be what you end up with.
Very disappointing experience.

Really positive experience overall.
I was contacted multiple times by the fulfilment team to confirm that my tickets had been successfully transferred, which gave me a lot of reassurance. The communication was clear, proactive, and professional throughout.
The tickets were transferred without any issues and are now safely in my Ticketmaster account well in advance of the event (over a week before the concert), which is exactly what you want for peace of mind.
It’s clear they take customer service seriously and make the effort to ensure everything is received properly.
