A bit problematic was a fact that i had to install 2 apps where i could get Access to tickets. It would be better if i just receive tickets in pdf on email. But overall - it was a good service

First time using Ginsberg. No issues whatsoever and tickets transferred with a follow up email checking that they have been sent to my account. Would most definitely use Ginsberg again.

I have never used a reseller before, and so at first I was very anxious. The BTS tickets were easy to find on their website and easy easy to navigate on how to pay for them too. Once I did pay they sent me a confirmation email and an email about their policies and that if I had any worries to email their support team. One of their policies say that you won't be transferred the ticket(s) until the week of the event. And since I'm an anxious person, I did just that lol. The support team were really nice and assured me that they're following Ticketmaster's policy and that, that is how they've always done these things, which made me feel relieved, as, if that's Ticketmaster's way of doing things then I'll let it be lol.
Well late last night, I got the emails saying my ticket was ready and waiting to be transferred and I did scream and shout from pure joy because finally!!! I got another email from Gigsberg fulfillment team saying to let them know if everything was alright, and I think that's very sweet of Gigsberg.
Please use Gigsberg, they are amazing!!!

They got me tickets that were sold out. Specifically Bocelli's Tuscany concert. Despite the ticket price tripling it's better than not having them. I got the tickets about a month after I paid, when they specified I would get it a week before the event. This was so helpful too since I have to plan for the concert which is in another country. I will come back to update this review after I attend the event to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Bought tickets and transferred them through Ticketmaster with no issues. Company even reached out through WhatsApp nearer the event time to make sure I had gotten them.

The company stayed in contact with me the whole time until my paper tickets arrived, both by email and also via WhatsApp. The staff was extremely kind.

I bought tickets in February 2025. The show was rescheduled, but they wouldn't refund me despite me not wanting the tickets now that it was to be almost a year later. Later came, and just before the show was due (4th February 2026) the show was cancelled. I'm still waiting for a refund of a few hundred pounds, and it's the 27th March! For over a year they've had my money sat in their account making interest, and frankly I'm sick of it, they're now well past the 28 day refund window.
Edit: they've only processed it, late, because I've posted this. I STILL don't have the money actually in my account 30th March
