Everything went fast and smoothly, from the buying of the ticket to the moment I received it. The follow up was also smooth and really appreciated. It was my first time trying Gigsberg and I’m really pleased I did.

Excellent Service

I purchased 3 tickets from Gigsberg for the France v England rugby international in Paris on March 14th 2026. The service was excellent from start to finish - regular communication and we were offered free upgrades when the tickets were issued. I recommend Gigsberg without hesitation and will use definitely use them again in the future if the need arises. Sincere thanks to them.

everything was smooth

everything was smooth - from booking the tickets online, to receiving the tickets and the awesome customer service via whatsapp for any queries I had. I would definitely book again via your company for any future concerts.

I was very skeptical at first about…

I was very skeptical at first about receiving my tickets. But everything worked out—they delivered the tickets as promised and the process went smoothly. In the end, it was a good experience.

Easy tickets, nice staff

I had a pleasant experience with Gigsberg as I bought tickets for Tame Impala 2026. I was instructed step by step how to get the tickets and had an easy time doing it. 10/10 would recommend :D

I had a great experience with this company. They helped me find tickets for a concert . The team are very helpful, responsive, and professional. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very grateful for their support.

Very Helpful and Responsive Support

I had a very positive experience with the Gigsberg support team. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. They answered my questions quickly and did their best to help resolve my issue with the tickets.
