GK Figure is a legitimate website. I’ve purchased 2 items from completely different studios, which not only arrived on time, but also without flaws. GK’s pricing was very competitive including their shipping charges. Their customer service responses have always occurred within the day and they are eager to assist. As a collector, I’m extremely comfortable using their services.

This is my first time ordering from this site so I was a bit worried. I was able to get my package shipped out and received my resin statue with no problems. I was notified of shipment and knew it would take a while to arrive due to the method of shipping. It was worth the wait in my opinion especially when other shipping methods can be pricey. The site is trustworthy from what I can tell from my first experience using their services.

They have great figures, my Sebastian figure from black butler came nicely packaged and around the time they said it would! Would buy from them again!

The shipping took a while but once the figure got here in perfect condition, the wait was well worth it for my hard to find item

Respond to all my emails in a timely manner, helping me through this process of buying a figure they explain in good detail the questions I had problems with, and by the end of it I was pleasantly surprised with the amount I had to pay remaining. It wasn’t too much, but it also had the protection on my figure. Overall, maybe I wouldn’t pre-order I’d probably buy it fully that way I wouldn’t have to worry about the questions I had previously, but I would buy from them again.

I had a great experience with GK figure despite what a lot of other reviews say. I ordered my figure on 5/16/25, received my shipping invoice on 5/22/25, item shipped on 6/2/25, and I received it on 7/7/25. The box my figure came in had a few dings on the corners, but the figure itself came in perfect condition.

Yes, it is a long process, but this has been my experience with literally any other overseas figure sites I've ordered from. And yes, their customer service does actually respond (I sent an inquiry through their website). Pricing is decently competitive compared to other sites selling the same figures as well. I would order again since this is one of the few places that sells specialty figures that can be harder to find elsewhere.

Its almost 2 years and i Have not received Any update of my figures

Received my figures today, which I originally ordered on January 3rd. Communication was great, and the delivery was reasonable given that it was sea shipping. The only downside was that the pre-ordered figure took longer than expected to be ready from the studio. So if you're ordering pre-order items, just keep in mind that it might take a while

The Lycaon figure is fantastic and such high quality. It would have been perfect without one issue. His right leg (the leg that supports the figure to the base) either does not have the magnet built into the joint, or the knee was not glued to the leg. Its important because his tail is so heavy that it cannot support itself and falls over. Because of this I am unable to display him. I am severely disappointed. I waited a year for this product just to come in faulty. If it wasnt for this issue I would be so happy because the quality is unmatched.

I love the statue quality, came packaged perfectly with tons of cushioning to make sure the parts are safe.
My only issue was just a minor lack of communication, as it had taken so long to hear any updates before deciding to contact support myself, but other than that everything else was perfect!

Received my Honkai Star Rail figurine successfully. Wait was a bit long but this is due to the studio itself, so that is understandable. GK’s staff were always responsive to my queries on WhatsApp (within the day), and they are in close contact with the studio at all times to answer my queries, so this was excellent service in my opinion. Look forward to my next order.

So far everything went smoothly and I like what I got. The reason for the 4 stars is because when I receive the item a small piece was broken off. I used super glue and somewhat for it.

Ordered one of the Dream Box Alucard figures and it showed up in perfect condition, and communication was great. Super excited to grab the matching Anderson through them soon!

Never received the figure I ordered and wasn't not refunded. Lost over $200. Do not recommend buying from here.

I placed my order and they accepted my payment without issue. Through no fault of their own, the studio canceled production. The problem lies with trying to get the refund which is promised on their site if there are production issues. They went from being very responsive to completely ignoring my emails. This was in response to their email to me stating that I could either have a refund or apply the spent amount on another figure. Their response changed from a couple days to reply to now being two weeks with nothing.

Update: Just a couple days after placing this review, they finally refunded my money. It should not take this much time for a company to fulfill their responsibilities. They should have also been the ones to contact me once the figure was canceled, but I have doubts whether they would have done so. I will be kind and upgrade from one to two stars.

I've been ordering from GK Figure Worldwide for a couple years now, and I've received all of the items I've ordered. I pay attention to the release date, and understand if I pre-order something it can be a long wait *because of the fabrication process*. If you order from them pay attention to the release date window and don't expect it sooner than that, though I've gotten something I've ordered sooner several times now.

They are attentive and responsive, I've rarely had to wait longer than half a day, and never more than a day for a response to an email. I've had something nearly destroyed in shipping, but luckily the statue itself wasn't damaged and GKFigureWorldwide responded and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Basically, feel safe ordering from here. Just pay attention to what the site says about the release date and shoot them an email if you have a question.

Received the Item in perfect condition, and the customer support was quick to help whenever needed.
