Glacier is not good like they used to be …
I use to really love Glacier Insurance and would recommend to everyone I know, however, that has changed … The rates have increased for me and my husband, customer care has been lacking, and the lack of support and wait times are unacceptable!
Unfortunately, we are going to use them until our 6 months is up and then we are moving back to Geico as we chose not to renew with them. Do I recommend them? No, I can’t. Not right now. A once good company is now going to the toilet.
