Order placed but goods not received although says fulfilled on order details. No tracking details. I was also sent an email to review my non delivered items. No response to numerous messages to customer service. I am currently over £50 out of pocket and can see no way of getting either my goods or my money back. I should have read the reviews first! This is a lesson not to buy through an Instagram advert.

Purchased via ASOS under Kacoo Retail Ltd. Do not buy!! Quality is terrible and the price absolutely does not support it. Sizing is all off, clearly they use cardboard cut outs rather than actual people for sizing. Return received but no refund processed, had to get my refund process via ASOS after having to provide proof of return despite using their site to create said return! No responsibility being took and they’re supposed to be “brand partners”. All scammers.
Worst shopping experience ever
I bought two items from ASOS and they said these were from their 'brand partner'. Neither item was any good so I sent them back to Glamorous aka Kacoo as instructed and have the receipt. That was on 20.3.26. On 29.3.26 I had not had acknowledgement of the return so I emailed their customer care, attaching photo of proof of return. They never answered. I am now in a protracted conversation with ASOS who will not take any responsibility for this.

Dress did not fit

Terrible quality and bad customer experience
I read the reviews on here before ordering but took a chance and ordered. Item arrived quickly but was such cheap quality and way way overpriced for what it was. The popper on the coat I ordered broke as soon as I put it on. I returned it within 2 days of receiving and heard nothing about my return even though they received it 2 days after me returning it. Had to reach out to ASOS for them to push through the return. Bad customer service I wouldn't order again.

Pretty but not perfect for me
The dress is well made and true to the description, but it didn’t suit my shape as much as I had hoped. Still giving 4 stars because the quality is lovely and returns were simple.

The dress is gorgeous and the material feels premium. My one issue is the delivery took longer than expected. But, they kept me updated so it wasn't a total surprise. I would order again

I returned my order on October 4, 2025, and tracking confirms that it has been received. However, I am still waiting for my refund of £50 for order number 1008628155. It's been quite some time, and I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund.

Same complaint as a lot of people on here! I ordered via ASOS and returned the item via Evri as instructed. Evri seem to have lost the parcel!! I have tried contacting Glamorous/Kacoo several times now to no response!! I am out 50 quid now!! Disgrace from both Evri & Glamorous.

I ordered a dress from ASOS not realising I’d have to deal with this company if I needed to return it. If I had I’d never have bought it. Sent the return almost a month ago which Evri seem to have lost. Evri have said to contact the seller about it. I’ve contacted Glamorous/Kacoo twice now with difficulty asking them to chase this and they’ve ignored both emails. I would highly recommend not buying anything from ASOS that is linked to Glamorous/Kacoo.

Don’t order from here. Paid for next day delivery on a Monday. Didn’t come until Friday afternoon. Bought a top In two sizes. Larger one the zip was correct but it was two big. The smaller one the zip was upside down and I couldn’t even get it on me because of this! Absolutely shocking. Would expect that from SHEIN but not for a £40 top. Both getting sent back.
